Это жесть! Приехали в час ночи, что переночевать , заказали два номера: делюкс и полулюкс. Сразу предложили оплатили только наличкой или переводом, очень мило, я ответила, что оплата будет только по карте и сразу терминал заработал. Зато мне предложили сразу уйти к себе в номер, чтобы взять наличкой хотя бы у моих друзей. За кота доплату попросили тоже переводом , хотя ничего для него не принесли. Подняться в номер надо по винтовой узкой лестнице, очень удобно нести чемоданы , да. Захожу в номер и понимаю, что это не моя категория, тут круглая кровать, сломана гардина со шторами, вид на свалку, спускаюсь и спрашиваю , а где же мой номер и на меня наезжают «а че я сделаю, могу на карту перевести разницу только». Да, в номере 35, который мне дали было ужасно холодно, а пульт от кондиционера не работал вообще, очень милое отношение. Я молчу про вид на реку, который был заявлен.

Чудесный отель,душевный,Территориально находится в центре горола в тихом месте,не шумно.Вежливый персонал,знающий свою работу.Заселили быстро.Уютный,чистый номер,приятный аромат.Удобная кровать и хороший завтрак
