Nice and clean. Really convenient location

The breakfast was very good, the staff were interested in meat, we were very pleased. The pool was very nice, but I found the extra 20 euros for sauna use too much.

I am very satisfied. The hotel is clean and warm. The swimming pool is also very warm. It is made of stone. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and thoughtful. The food in the restaurant upstairs is very good and there are many kinds. I am very satisfied!

The first two days we had serious problems with the electricity and water supply in the hotel, with all that this entails (no Wi-Fi, no electricity, no hot water, no water...) but, after reporting it to Trip, they do not offer us compensation or change of accommodation… The rest of the days there were no problems and everything was correct.

Located in the city center, the room is clean and comfortable👍🏻👍🏻 The most praiseworthy thing is the breakfast at Qudi, which is very rich🥰 You can clearly see the hot air balloon from the terrace💯💯💯

We spend 3 beautiful days in heybe hotel. To start, the guys at the reception are very friendly and are always at your disposal with whatever you need, the cleaning was 10/10, they cleaned our room very well every day and they left us tea, coffee and water every day. The Turkish breakfast was really incredible and delicious, every day there were different delicious things to try but what I liked the most was the Turkish tea, there is also honey, yogurt, fruits, cheese, and everything is fresh. The terrace was a dream come true, where you could see the balloons fly every morning. The pool is another dream, the architecture and decoration are from another planet😍. We will definitely return, we fell in love with the heybehotel in Göreme. 🇹🇷❤️ Gisela & Wesley

The hotel is in perfect location, it is close to every main attraction in Göreme. Friendly service and crew, they speak English very well. Whenever you need support, they always help. It was definitely the best experience for me and my husband in Cappadocia. Hygiene standards are also really high. The breakfast was like in 5 star hotels. Definitely we will come back here again!

We did not stay here but went to the Hamam for a Turkish bath and massage. What a fantastic experience! Dewi and Ansel took great care of my wife and me. They were amazing and put us at ease as soon as we entered. I had never had an experience like this and so glad that we did. Left us feeling squeaky clean and completely serene. Hope to come back again!

This review is for the Turkish spa/hamam. This was my first Turkish bath experience and it was fabulous. I was not disappointed. I was taken care of so wonderfully fr the moment I walked in until I left. Eisal was my masseuse and she was as nurturing and attentive as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed the scrubbing, soap massage and shampoo. So relaxing. Wish I had more days here to go again. Dewi was also very sweet in receiving me at check-in and making sure I was comfortable before checking out. Overall, what a great staff they have here, very attentive, caring, and kind. I do appreciate being well taken care of while I was in their care.

We came with my wife for a Cappadocia holiday on Valentine's Day. The location is great, the breakfasts were delicious, the hotel staff helped us in everything. Close to everywhere, right in the middle of Cappadocia

Upon arriving late due to airport delays the 2 young men on reception where so friendly. They did all the necessary bits to check us in, but where also interested in know about us and our travels. They advised on places to eat and bars to drink at. The restaurant they recommended was excellent. They can also book trips and airport transfers. The room was a bit small with just hand luggage however and most importantly clean and comfortable. Noise did travel in the hotel. I feel it’s the nature of the design being made from stone. I would say earplugs are needed if you are easily disturbed. I slept with earplugs the second night with no issues. Breakfast came with a view of the hot air balloons. The food was a lovely buffet style, with breads, fruit, cereals, cheese and olives, sausages and eggs and if you wanted lots of different cakes. There was also a large array of drinks to choose from, catering for everyone. On the morning of the hot air balloon ride which we had booked independently, we had an issue. The man in charge of reception at night was very helpful. He rang the company for us and sorted our issue. We made use of the facilities including the lovely pool and had full body massages. I felt so relaxed after this. The location is excellent. Just a short walk off the main centre. Overall lovely hotel, plenty of amenities and excellent customer service.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended! The hotel is located in the center of Göreme and can be reached very easily. You don‘t have to step uphill, what we liked a lot. Price-performance ration of the hotel is very good. The room, as the whole hotel, was cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was adorable with the typicall stone vibe as the hotel. In the hotel is a beautiful indoor pool, nice terrace in the garden outside and an amazing breakfast terrace with lovely view. The breakfast buffet was just perfect and everything was fresh made. They have also typicall turkish apple tea 😍 Our favourit, hard to find somewhere else. The staff was very professional, friendly and 24/7 helpful. We booked all our activities (ATV‘s ride, Airballoon flight, one-day tour) through the hotel and we loved it. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot and we felt the whole time very welcome! Thank you! 💯🙏❤️
