Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur

Nirvana Sarovar Portico is one of the finest hotels in Gorakhpur where luxury meets necessity at affordable rates. Located in the heart of the city at Vijay Chowk, the hotel is in the AD Mall, which also houses outlets of Spencers and Max and a movie theatre as well! The hotel not only looks very impressive (both from outside and inside) but also impresses through its amenities, services and hospitality. All staff members, be it Mr. Balwant Dhami (Front Office Manager), or Mr. Rajneesh and Mr. Anup from the front office managing team, or the receptionists (Pooja and 1 more lady), Grism from the support staff, or Sadhna and Rahman at the hotel's in-house restaurant Dine 551, everyone took good care of us and ensured we had a pleasant stay. We had booked 2 AC Deluxe rooms, but due to some issue 1 room was not available, so the hotel upgraded that to AC Suite at no additional cost. In addition, they provided us with a free lunch post check-out as a little token of apology for the time we had to wait for the room change. It was a sweet gesture, especially by Mr. Dhami and Mr. Rajneesh, and we thanked them for the same. The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and provide panoramic city views. For food, Dine 551 is a great place to eat food and its service, ambience, hospitality, look, and food quality is at par with any 5-star restaurant in the country. A special mention for Rahman from the restaurant team who took great care of us, every time we went to eat there. The hotel also arranged for a car facility for sightseeing and airport drop. Overall we had a great time at this hotel and would opt to stay here again when we visit Gorakhpur.

A Hotel with a warm heart. I stayed here for 1 night, on my way to Nepal. I will highly recommend this place for its comfort, great food, warm hospitality. Everything here was top notch the beds and pillows, gave maximum comfort. Great dosas for breakfast, amazing food and their Toddy was the perfect foil for the cold weather.

Very pleasant experience. Good spread of food, particularly breakfast! Hotel staff particularly Front desk Duty Manager Rajneesh were helpful when I had a business emergency and had to change reservations. Thanks and look forward to coming back.

Service is very good and the food was great. The staff was polite. Their mutton dishes are a must try. The rooms are also very clean. They have a 24-hour dining service as well for those coming for business purposes. Check-in and check out service was also very smooth.

Housekeeping team was very good especially Ms.Lovely is very friendly person and good Communication skills and She is very cooperative person. Thank you so much Ms. Lovely Dubey ..................................................
