酒店太差了沒有一點好的入住體驗前台男的態度很惡劣客人是來消費住店的不是來受氣的像是社會的混混現在前台招人都不看人員基本素質的麼真是什麼人都用二次收拾房間掉地下的毛巾還濕着呢就又放上去了拿拖鞋也説是沒有什麼都沒有倒閉算了這樣的前台這樣的服務態度酒店也快倒閉了有素質的人不跟你計較拉低素質真碰到社會上的就悄悄了

沒有電梯，要提着行李爬上三樓。衞生一般，房間裏面wifi都沒打開，電話也是沒反應的。搞得又要走樓梯下去找前台，前台再找人上來弄。而且離市中心有點遠，出行不太方便。

冷，頭一次知道暖氣是定時的，問服務員説是晚上7點到10點，地熱，還沒暖和過來呢就停了！後悔訂了兩天房間還不能退……網也不好！
