MARSID, 10/10 service. It was a perfect lobster pasta with a fantastic sauce. Marsid showed us the lobster before the chef made it with the perfect al-dente cooked pasta. The desert was unbelievable. The flavors and the service over all was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing staff and place. Went for work and this was one of the most amazing places I have staid at. Great food, helpful staff, great beach, great pool and spa. Will travel again. Safe and friendly area, one of the safest in Europe. Visited Tirana and the square was such an inspiration

Best hotel, best service, amazing food! Everything clean and fresh! Best chef in Albania and very helpful and nice workers. I had amazing and relaxing time. Highly recommend this hotel and I will come back soon!

complete from the positive side: delicious food for vegetarians, clean and sandy beach. Nice service. Rooms cleaned daily. The pool was carefully cleaned. The gentleman supervising the swimming pool area is very helpful and professional (I think his name is Saymir 😁) negative points: music from the pool bar played way too loud and in the Albanian rap genre (not for everyone). Room with poorly working air conditioning and a clogged drain in the shower tray. After opening of the balcony window view of the aggregates who also made a lot of noise

Definitely the weakest all inclusive offer I've ever experienced. There's only one bar with a poor choice of drinks served in plastic cups. Everything around requires extra payment - rooftop pool and bar, beach bar, restaurant. Food offer wasn't bad if one's not picky but it gets boring pretty quickly. A lot of veggies which I loved. Main (free) pool isn't too big, but it's not been an issue since there's a beach right next to it and indoor pool on -1. Our stay lacked any simple daytime activities (e.g. aqua fitness, darts, table tennis, really anything). To sum up it's a cool place to chill with friends by the pool or on a beach, but if you expect anything more be prepared financially for it.

A few general statements about your stay: - when deciding on a room without a sea view, you have to be aware that the view may differ from the pictures (I recommend taking a room with a sea view :)) - there is a swimming pool and a disco on the roof of the building, which results in quite a lot of noise in the evenings and at night on the upper floors of the building (you can change the room if it is a nuisance for someone) - there is only one all inclusive bar (a bit small for such a large facility) - the use of the swimming pool and bar on the roof, the bar on the pier is paid extra I am satisfied with the quality of the rooms at Klajdi Resort. Spacious and well-decorated rooms ensure a comfortable stay. The decor is modern and pleasing to the eye and the beds are comfortable. In addition, the rooms are well soundproofed, which contributes to a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Klajdi Resort's staff is courteous and helpful. Both receptionists and cleaning staff are always ready to answer questions and fulfill any guest requests. Only the pool bar and pool staff could be more smiling and helpful. Cleanliness at the Klajdi Resort hotel is maintained at a very high level. The rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly vacuumed. Sheets and towels are fresh and fragrant. In general, the entire hotel is clean and well-kept, which positively affects the comfort and hygiene of your stay. Location of the hotel Klajdi Resort is located directly on a free private beach, separated only by a promenade. The quality of the accommodation at the Klajdi Resort hotel is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the bathrooms are modern and functional. Regardless of the type of stay, I will find here everything I need to have a good rest and regenerate my strength. The value offered by Klajdi Resort Hotel is undoubtedly very good. I get a high standard of accommodation, professional service and cleanliness, all at a reasonable price. I am convinced that the quality of the service is fully in line with the cost of the stay, which makes me feel satisfied in terms of value for money.

I don't know where to start. My whole experience in this hotel was all round positive. when I got to the hotel. I was greeted with a smile and the receptionist booked us in nice and quickly. we went to our room which was lovely and clean. We had a room at the end of the corridor which had 2 balconies with 2 slightly different views. One being a direct sea view over the beach. -Overall the staff was extremely lovely and helpful. Most spoke English and those that didn't would use google translate to assist you which I thought was quite nice. I felt that staff went out their way to make sure they could accommodate you with what you needed and maintained a professional attituded and all times. -The spa which I thought was very cute. Over all the spa area is quite small but does come with large pool, jacuzzi, a sauna, a hammam and a quiet room area. This was very clean and they supply robes and disposable slippers. staff where great. i noticed the masseuse was not ther all the time so needed to book at least a day in advanced. Ng was brilliant at his job and very professianal -The restaurant food was great. portion sizes for lunch and dinner was different I do think they should say but regardless food was lovely and the prices are very good Raul who was one of the receptionist, we saw him most of our stay. He seemed like he was there all the time which was great. He helped give recommendations on where we should go and how much it should cost. then got me and my friend a cab who was also again was very nice did not try to over charge us and made sure we could get back to the hotel buy arranging a time to pick us up. ( do believe the cab is somehow connected to the hotel) Raul was always there with a smile on his face and ready to has a little laugh. I was very happy with his service. Enio and Elao who was worked on the front lobby and also did the shisha was extremely helpful and didn't complain when I wanted more sugar in my mojito. once I told them that one time how I like my drinks. They came out perfect every single time. I found the very helpful at letting me know what was available and very professional. In the restaurant Eugene and Marsid was my waiters on the 2 days we visit and we was very happy with their service to which we didnt want to be served by anyone else. the food was great and came out in good timing prices are great here also. I highly recommend and will be going back

Stay far away from All inclusive ! It is terrible! The dining room and food terrible, bar has coke, Fanta , alcohol free beer, bad wine, gin and vodka. We are paying for food and drink in the proper restaurant and bar now, which is good 😌
