Luna Beach Hotel - Half Board & All Inclusive

The location was relatively ok, I received a room, on the 5th floor, big enough for 3 people, as I requested and as I paid - with a double bed and an extendable armchair. One day at 11 pm, water started to flow from the ceiling, next to the lighting system (a very large amount of water, it wasn't just a few drops). We asked the reception staff to fix the problem, the solution was to assign us another room (on the 2nd floor). I accepted, because the rain from the ceiling did not stop, the risks were quite high, maybe even a short circuit. At that time we moved to the room offered - extremely small, a room with 2 beds close together. I warned the person at the reception that the bed is not suitable for 2 adults and a 3-year-old child, that the mattresses move and it is not possible to sleep properly, they came to the room to check the situation (so it was not known what kind of room - was offered). In the end I stayed there, it was already past midnight, with the hope that a solution would be found in the morning. The next day, no one came to discuss the situation with us. We went to talk to the hotel reception, after we explained the problem, the employee said that he would pass it on to his superiors for a solution, but that we would stay in the same room. On the last day, Sunday, we managed to talk to the manager, who, very aggressively and with a totally inappropriate attitude in the given situation, told us that it was not their fault that it rained in our room, the hotel is not to blame, that the only solution is to subtract two days of parking and be satisfied that we were offered another room under the conditions of a full hotel. We don't know if that person was really the manager, he refused to introduce himself.

beatfull sea, very nice and modern rooms,a bit dificult way to beach but everything was ok. Nice place to relax no so many attractions around but sea nad beach is brillant,the recpetions staff is very friendly and ready to help

Perfect location 2 min from beach. Kind and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice outdoor and indoor pool. nice room for kids. The reception staff is best and will help you all the time.

Good food Nice room with view in sea Houskeeping was not perfect-in the morning they talked loudly, it was impossible to sleep. the pool was sticky. the room didn't always have toilet paper, Sometimes the basket was also not thrown away we have good memories anyway

The hotel is very dirty , the food is horrible, don’t touch the meet , the breakfast is a joke … the omelettes are not cooked enough… you don’t even know how to make an omelette??? the cups are dirty , the table are sticky, since we arrived there and till we left i did not see a smile from no one on the restaurant , they don’t salute you , the pool area is also dirty and and not clean properly. I never been in a hotel with such a rude staff and bad service. The only positive thing i have to say is that our room was clean and that the cleaning lady from our floor was cleaning everyday and chance the towels ( i think we got lucky ) The beach is very close but you don’t have sunbeds so you have to stay on the sand or try to pay on the private beach from other hotels, but only if they are not full from their guests. 18 bgn 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. The beach is nice and the water clean .

To be honest, everything besides the food in the restaurant was great. It was clean, stuff was not bad, our room was really pretty. I loved the sea view. But the food, especially the meat, was terrible. We lost the whole next day because of gastric problems after the dinner. Fruits and vegetables were OK, but almost everything, that was heated, was not of the right quality. I won’t recommend you to eat there anything more than a breakfast. The outside pool was a little small, but we weren’t using it. Every evening there was a music playing, children also weren’t bored. About Wi-Fi, it’s so weak. It can be properly used only near the reception. You can forget about a good connection in your room.
