This hotel was very clean. Did not smell musty or hotel "weird". I stayed over for a conference in Baltimore. The breakfast options were very good. Hot foods such as eggs sausage the cutest pancake machine, yogurt, cereal, pastries. I say this because as someone who is gluten free I was concerned with what options they would have and there were many. The shower was great and the beds were very comfortable. The staff I encountered were very pleasent. Very clean hotel would do this one again.

Hotel was very nice, comfy beds and clean. Ride from airport was slick. We got in about midnight and there were a ton of people waiting and only 1 lady working but I was impressed how she kept her cool and handled things efficiently. Full breakfast included. Goes until 10am on weekends. We did ask for late checkout but werent allowed to because too many before us had asked. Nice stay and would recommend.

We got in extremely late. The shuttle had no problems coming to get us a 3 am. The driver was amazing. When we got to the hotel the clerk Christine was also amazing had our room ready for me to sign gave us a late check out and everything was smooth and efficient. Definitely would recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with this location. I chose this particular property because it had 70-80 percent 10/10 excellent rating. After my visit I'm puzzled. I like to stay in different hotels to compare and find the best services.
The negatives....The tub was only cleaned upon my request on the 3rd day. The coffe maker was visibly grimy. The linens were not change at all during my stay and the bathroom sink had black mold. In fact, the ceiling was freshly speckaled and certainly should have had time to dry as an unoccuppied unit. The front desk staff were moderately friendly and the common hallway area had a wet floor leak for entire five day stay.
With my regular frequent travels to this area, I will not return to this hotel.

Room was very nice and clean. Bed was really cozy. However, the pool needs to be cleaned. There were towels and trash laying around.

Sparkling clean hotel with comfy bed and linens. Manager Marlo was outstanding: cheerful, helpful and highly competent! All staff were upbeat and helpful
