The hotel is located abroad, with a private parking area, and the interior is already covered with moquettes, fresh and super clean environment. Breakfast available in the room without additional costs. Inside the room we found (in addition to the equipment of balloons and petals not required) a set of shoes and cuffies, bathroom and minibar with both frizzing and natural water. Perhaps the only sin is the little insonorization of the rooms.

On arrival at La Costiera we found it a little far out from central Naples, however our stay there was wonderful. The staff we super helpful especially Laila, she couldn’t do enough for us and did everything she possibly could to ensure we had a lovely holiday. Our room was basic but had everything we needed. I was at this hotel one night with my family, and I gave two stars and not one for some positive aspects. The positive aspects were staff, gentle and sympathetic, the convenience of the car park and the entrance - the garden - and the hall and breakfast room, beautifully bright. Very, but really very disappointing the room - I saw other opens passing through the corridor - of its unclean (and the lack of hygiene is serious) and furniture, spartan and uncomfortable. But the absolutely scandalous and unconceivable things for 2023 are the stupid smoke smell in the room and the bathroom, where the shower was a whole with the healthcare! In practice, if one was doing a shower (the idea that I'm not at all whaled in my head!) he washed the whole environment, I don't know how to go to do the needs and just, the shower was done where you were going with the shoes to go to the healthcare! Something absurd and paradoxical. Surely needs a restructuring. Advice to choose other solutions - even because this hotel is often used at hours....

The room was very beautiful and comfortable. Negative: I tried to do a hot shower (I was all day under rain) but I managed to do it just hot cock, despite the thermostat at 38, I don't know why. The phone worked 20 seconds and then it was to be cooled, it took 15 minutes to dry my hair. But the top was at the restaurant: we were a group with fixed menus, the shopkeeper brought the first and I asked two glasses of wine, the answer was: ”First you have to pay them at the reception.” I never happened in my life! I should have gone to the room, picked up the money, paid, and eaten the first cold, I gave up the wine, and they bring the second: meals and slices, both of them don't like me, I asked if there was an alternative, and, In my opinion, the answers could be ”Unfortunately no, we're sorry” (well, if something I don't like is my fault) or how often it happens ”I'm bringing you a piece of dust?” (very well). Instead, the answer was (textual words) ”No, eat what is good.” Of course my dish was thrown away entirely. I renounced protesting for respect of the organizers, The driver of the Pullman, who was sitting in front of me, did this in my place, given my anger, but did not get any explanations from the reception manager. Maybe, given the other excellent reviews, this treatment is reserved for groups?

Fantastic hotel, lovely breakfast and very kind staff. Pros: eco & power-saving, air con in rooms, beds extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, rooms always clean and tidy, reasonable location not too far from centre Cons: very poor tap design, bathroom a little tired and could do with an upgrade, room wasn’t quite ready on time, would prefer breakfast to be a buffet & just help yourself, a smart TV would be beneficial for tourists to access Netflix etc. couldn’t find the wellness centre The cons however didn’t impact our stay enough to mark it down at all. 5 out of 5

Grand Europa Hotel, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Turn right out of the train station, turn right at the first traffic light intersection, the hotel is on the left. The decoration of the hotel is so elegant, I like it very much, I took the time to take pictures of the hotel inside and out. Recommend the hotel's dinner, it's very Italian and tastes great. The attitude of the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Will recommend to friends and will come again myself.

Not so close to the international airport (47 minutes walk and not 17 as indicated on the site! or 22 euro taxi) but pleasant staff and even available at 4:30 a.m. to make a coffee and offer us a pie of cake! 😃 Room on the road with double-glass-colled, not high-efficiency, and noise structure of the hotel in general Super pizza at 300m that made us the best pizza of the stay !

I have no habit of giving trip advisor advice, but I will make an exception for this establishment. Hotel located outside the turbulent Naples, but not too far, so perfect for those with a car and especially if you want to visit Pouzzoles, Baies, Cumes, Capua ... Airport at 40 min. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. Fresh and very well valued products. Paste, fish, crustaceans and matured meat. The wine lovers are not forgotten, the wine map is simply an invitation to discover the various varieties and names of Italy and at all prices. I use this to make my daughter spend a little bit of herself with two staff of breakfast and room service.

Very nice place and people, Very good breakfast, A little bit far away from centre, but it's a good choise. You have R5 bus from Argenta Hotel to Central station.
