最終日以外は気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
ただ最終日は、朝食時間を指定していたのにもかかわらず従業員が揃っていなかったのか、非常にバタバタしているのが伝わりました。出発時間に間に合うか心配にもなりました。
また、チェックアウトの担当者も笑顔なく無愛想で、残念な気持ちで出発することになりました。同行者も、「最終日が残念だったよね」と意見が一致しました。
改善を期待しています。

ヴィラに３泊し、2夕食、3朝食いただきました。 美食、温かなサービス、清潔に整えられた部屋、何より美しい自然に囲まれた環境で過ごす時間は素晴らしいものでした。 沖縄にはたくさんのホテルがありますが、私はこちらをこれからも選びます。

未就学児連れの家族3人で、エグゼクティブツインの2階のお部屋に2泊。 本島のリゾートとしては珍しく喧騒から離れたロケーションにあって、客室数も少ないスモールラグジュアリーリゾート。ゆっくりと過ごしながら食事を楽しむには最適だと思いました。 部屋は作りがオシャレで快適。調度品も立派で、優雅に落ち着いて過ごせました。 wifiのスピードも申し分なし。 滞在中は比較的寒い日が続いたのでプールは入りませんでしたが、お部屋のテラスのジャクージは熱いお湯がでるのでゆっくりと寛げました。 階段を降りればすぐにビーチ。子どもは砂遊びを存分に楽しんでいました。 部屋数が少ないので敷地内はどこも落ち着いていて、重厚な内外装と相まってとても居心地のいい雰囲気です。 そして食事は沖縄でも「ひらまつ」クオリティ。レストランもラウンジも、ローカルの食材を活用したとても美味しいお食事ばかりでした。 サービス面では、スタッフ個人によって若干のばらつきはあったものの、概ねとても丁寧で行き届いていました。 難点を挙げるとすれば、設備がやや不足気味なところ。 滞在型を謳っているリゾートですから、ランドリーサービスは需要が高いのではないかと思うのですが、残念ながらセルフしかありませんでした。そのセルフランドリーも順番待ちが長く、結局洗えずじまい。 できればランドリーサービスを導入してほしいです。 また、スパも連日予約が一杯で受けられませんでした。こちらも残念。 それから、初日のディナーの際、アミューズや前菜がサーブされるのが極端に遅かったです。それぞれ20～30分ずつかかっていました。 そのあとのコースや、2日目のディナーはスムーズにサーブされたので、なにかトラブルがあったのだろうと思います。 お部屋やお食事はほかの「ひらまつ」にも全く引けを取らないさすがのクオリティ。 ですが、ソフト面でほかの「ひらまつ」より少し不足を感じたので、マイナス1点です。

前回は連棟2泊にヴィラ一泊でしたが、今回は前面海のヴィラに3泊致しました。 天候にも恵まれ、毎朝、海から昇る朝日と共に目覚め、ジャグジーやバス、シャワータイムを楽しみながら、食事以外では他客の姿を見かけることなく、潮騒をBGMに広いお部屋やデッキでゆったり過ごすことができました。 ひらまつさんのホテルはどこもお料理が美味しいですが、こちらも近辺の美味しいもの絶品に仕上げて 朝夕各3回毎回美味しく楽しくいただきました。 特にエッグベネディクト、伊勢海老のリゾット、オムレツのトリュフソースは最高でした！ スタッフの皆さんもいつも親切で、外出時やディナー中のターンダウンサービスも丁寧に清潔に整えてくださいました。 美しい沖縄をあちらこちらドライブしましたが、部屋に戻り、海を観る時が一番幸せでした。 また、是非伺いたいです。早速、次はいつ行こうかしら？と、考えています。

沖縄本島のリゾートいうと西海岸側に集中しがちで、東海岸側というと高速道路からチラッと見える程度のイメージしかなかったが、まだまだ沖縄にも未知な場所があったんだなと感じた。 西海岸より荒い波だが、サーフィンをするわけでは無いのでむしろ海らしい雰囲気というところであり、敷地内にヴィラやレストラン棟がゆったりと配置され、いかにもくつろげそうな雰囲気。 スタッフの方の笑顔と気の利いた対応でゆったりできました。2泊でディナーはフレンチとイタリアンをそれぞれ楽しめ、朝食はフレンチと和食！ひらまつグループの総力を見せていただいた滞在でした。海外のリゾートでもここまで充実したステイは難しいかなと思わせる体験でした。
