Natur & Spa Hotel Larchenhof

My worst hotel experience ever. It started with the arrival - receptionists were unfriendly. And this most of the time - from unfriendly to very unfriendly. We got exactly the room we did not want (the same category) Though I called upfront and clarified that this one room is the one we don’t want as it has very low ceilings (e.g. in bathroom shower/bath area it is not possible to stand if person is above 160cm, the bathtub is also very small. Also the room has partially very low ceilings. If they would have honestly told that we might be getting the room we dont want, we would have chosen another hotel. I must admit, we got an alternative offered. For extra charge. Never ever seen something like this.

Had a wonderful five night stay in one of the hotel's 'chimney' suites, a fabulous room, with great views. All of the staff were amazing and very helpful and attentive. The meals were also superb with a good mix of items every evening. Made use of the private spa facility which was a nice treat and the roof terrace was a great place to relax, take in the views and top up our tans before we left. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel for our 7 night break, we knew this was something special. Service and Staff - Professional, friendly and could not do enough for us. Room - We had a Chimnea suite and it was exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The most comfortable of beds and the view was breathtaking. Overlooking Seefeld and the snow covered mountains. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, along with pleasant toiletries. Food - We opted for half board, which surprisingly included a light lunch of soup, salads and bread, and an afternoon tea of the most delicious cake and pastry offerings. Dinner each evening consisted of a 5 course set menu (7 courses on a Sunday) which was beautifully prepared and presented. The food was very tasty, however not all offered were to our tastes. Not the hotels fault, we have quite basic food preferences. You are allocated a table in the beautifully decorated dining room, which is yours for the duration of your stay, we loved this. Our waitress Natalia was a darling and could not do enough for us. Spa facilities - Unfortunately we could not take advantage of the facilities as I had an eye infection and did not want to risk it. The facilities looked very lovely indeed. Hotel location - Positioned above Seefeld meant the views were breathtaking and the surrounding are very peaceful. Easy walk of about 10 minutes into the town. The town is a beautiful place to shop and take in the Tyrollean atmosphere. We were lucky to be there at the time of the Christmas markets, which is very special indeed. Plenty of bars and restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of walks from the village where there is plenty of nature to see. We were lucky to have been in Seefeld during the snow, which made the experience even more magical. Must Do’s - Horse drawn carriage ride; Innsbruck by train; Cable car ride to top of Alps This was one of the most enjoyable holidays we have experienced. We will be back next year x

Very good hotel, great stay to spend some quiet days in this small little town. Overall very satisfied especially the warm services from staffs, spacious room, well furnished, big bath tub, and big spa facilities. The half board option is highly recommended. Food is delicious and nice environment for dinners. Some missing details though: - spa can get very crowded on certain days. Spa etiquette (people reserved seats without being there). Staffs should clear towels from seats occasionally. - room temperature is centrally controlled. Can get real warm very fast. Also extremely dry air so sleeping is quite uncomfortable for many nights. Perhaps to install a centralized humidifying system if there’s such a thing? - car park can get full quickly. Suggest to officially share with the hotel next door. - breakfast is great but the egg station is not ideally positioned. Very crowded blocking path when long queue. Still, it’s an enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay in one of the Chimney suites. The room was fabulous with a great view of the town and surrounding mountains. The food and service was excellent; we were glad we chose half board. In addition to the spa and the sun loungers in the garden there is sky deck on the roof which was a great space to sun bathe and relax after a hike. We will definitely be back.

Amazing experience. The room was very large and we had balcony. The spa is really relaxing. We've spent one night, but it was a real treat. Food was delicious and we had a Tirol traditional singers. Definitely recommend

We were woken up 3 mornings in a row with a fog barking below us. It’s a “dog friendly” hotel. Staff is clearly overworked and not the best atmosphere between the restaurant staff. Great cycles for rent! Front desk was very helpful and was overall satisfied with our stay.

Had an amazing holiday. Such a fabulous hotel. We'd visited Seefeld to ski, but this was the first time for a summer holiday. It did not disappoint. The hotel was amazing as were all the staff. Reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping. Food was amazing. Breakfast through to evening meals. A great range of food in a 6 course menu. When we did make lunch it was great. Afternoon cakes were a treat. Overall we loved it and would hope to visit again. Highly recommended

Had a pleasant summer stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean modern room and a good breakfast. Hotel is situated at a quiet place, but still very close to the city center. Seefeld/Tirol region is a lovely place to explore by foot, bike or car. Hotel also has good quality eMTB bikes for use Seefeld is very enjoyable for “active” people
