First time I ever stayed where there was either no microwave or a coffee maker, no clock, no coffee/tea, cups, we had to run to Tim’s or McDonald’s to get coffee or tea, price a bit high for what was lacking

When I arrived, the room was old, I found insects inside the room, the bad smell was disgusting, I leave the room after 5 minutes and asked the receptionist that I can not stay in place like this and asked them for refund, she told me that you can refund your money from ******* as they are the one who take the money, I called ******* and they contact with this property and refused to refund any money

Clean but very noisy place. For some reason when people talk outside the room, you hear them as if the door was wide open.

The room looked lovely, but we didn’t stay. We had major problems with the receptionist, who was definitely high on the job. Our experience with her was so awful, we called up the owner to ask for a refund, and then left.
