臨時決定去泡温泉的，晚上9點多才到酒店，定的是高級大床房，不知道是沒房間了還是怎樣，前台幫我們免費升級了豪華大床房，環境很好，衞生巾很大，兩個洗手盤，一個浴缸，乾濕分開，還另外有化粧台。唯獨不爽的是早餐，9點下去的，連雞蛋都沒有了，牛奶不知道是不是兑水了，沒啥味道，温泉很多池，隨便泡，喜歡小童水上樂園，孩子很喜歡

酒店設施環境不錯，儘管位置稍偏自駕方便。24h無限次温泉，温泉次較多，而且包四餐很實在，衹要24h內，退房後可繼續泡温泉、休息看電影。

訂的是親子房，很喜歡，很喜歡，大人小孩都喜歡的那種，大床很大，小床也不小。
包含了房費、餐費和温泉的費用，算起來很划算，性價比很高。
因為早上起不來，所以沒吃到早餐。晚餐、宵夜和午餐，覺得白粥最好吃😋

真想一心都不給！房間：非常差，黴菌到處都是：冰箱裏麪，桌面，浴缸，床。床上還有毛毛（噁心🤢）浴缸還有不明液體，洗手盆有黴菌污漬，洗漱用品地攤貨，被子、枕頭一股長者的味道。温泉池十個有九個半沒水，設施殘舊，温泉旁邊掛衣服的地方都沒有，白開水都不提供（另外收費），泡温泉是另外收費的，住客兩位收38元′/位，超出收68（服務員説：温泉酒店和温泉是分開收費的，媽呀！你不如告訴我酒店和床分開收費好了，這叫什麼温泉酒店）（為什麼我訂房的時候沒有説明不包，下去温泉門口就説要另外收費，還説：我們不是同一個老闆的，你這説法我第一次聽説）
服務：服務費態度非常差，估計老闆減薪了，員工個個都好像我欠他們好多錢一樣。
服務：買了一份歡迎水果，到我退房了，要求了等了半個小時才拿出來，服了你們了。總結這酒店真的以我多年旅遊的經驗建議大家不要訂，環境差，服務差，亂收費，地方偏，到處是坑，怪不得評價那麼低是有原因的。

房間很大很舒適，浴室也非常大，準五星了在我心目中。水療式温泉很好，自助餐很豐盛，影院休息廳也很乾凈整潔，温泉泡完身體滑溜溜的。泳池很大很舒服，水很乾凈。前台，門僮，保安，餐廳啊姨的服務都非常好，特別是門僮，居然我開車出去吃個午飯都能記得我，主動為我開門還説了一句您回來啦。真的很温暖很貼心

房間大大的落地玻璃窗，看景色不錯，樓下就是温泉池羣落，房間很大，浴缸，健康稱，冰箱等設備都一應俱全，馬桶和浴缸前都裝有小LED電視很棒。衞生也很好，每次回高州都首選這家。
