帶孩子回高平，到高鐵站 抱着試一下得心態打電話看可不可以接站，沒想到酒店的車很快就到了，剛到大廳就有小姐姐就幫忙拿行李 測體温 登記 還提供了口罩 很熱情，前台小美女還給孩子送了小童拖鞋和牙刷很可愛，孩子超級喜歡。房間也很舒適。入住相當棒，退房的時候還可以送到車站。超級方便，點贊

最近來高平出差，和同事找了家酒店，看攜程上面這家評價不錯，服務也好，不錯 挺周到的 房間乾淨舒適，最特別的是居然有接送站服務，非常方便，以後會經常過來這邊，值得推薦

環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐豐富。
最重要的是還可以提供送站和接站服務，前台小姐姐還給小孩子提供拖鞋和牙具，設施很人性化，網絡高速信號好，窗外風景好。
性價比很不錯，下次還要入住!

早餐還行，硬件也還不錯，就是房間到處都有提示可以市內專車接送，頭一天晚上還專門確認了一下説可以送高鐵站，但是要提前預約，我第二天早上九點就預約了9點45分送高鐵站，結果9點半退房前台告訴我沒駕駛員了，衹能自己想辦法了，這搞的情何以堪，做不到那就不要去宣傳，滿房間都是宣傳單，一到要兑現了就出問題，這樣衹會讓人覺得是在開玩笑！

一般吧。需要改進地方不少。。訂房間選擇的是高平排第一的酒店。
1.可以點餐送到房間。做好一道送一次。大過節缺人手的沒毛病。五星
2.硬件有點差了。浴巾是破損的了。換了吧。。。浴室的噴頭和花灑都是需要修理。噴水不正
3.早餐一星都不想給。九點半閉餐。八點四十五去基本空了。西餐區。切片麪包都沒了。提醒了一下上了幾片。鹹菜都不補麼？服務人員那麼多就不能派個人巡查一下。缺少的補一下。。九點後來了很多帶孩子家長。都沒見補餐。。差評。。實在不行一人給袋麪包。一杯熱牛奶吧。。省得去吃了。希望改進吧。。硬件不差。差在服務。
