The room is clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. The hotel provides almost everything you need and allows early check in which is perfect for me to rest a while after a long journey.
The hotel is not too far away from major attractions and close to many food stores/grocery shops, it is easy to get quality food around the area. That said, their breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Chinese food, it's definitely good for value and more importantly convenient.
Staff are friendly and helpful as always although I'm not sure if communicating in English would be equally easy as the hotel mainly serves local tourists.

多次入住了，性價比比較高的酒店，也是贛州的老牌酒店了。地理位置優越，屬於老城區比較中心的位置，在老城區辦事的話住這裏還是很方便的！酒店的空調比較極端，前幾天住的那間特別暖和，這次入住的房間偏角落，空調不暖。因為比較晚入住，當時也沒跟酒店提要求換房間。酒店工作人員服務態度很好，總體來説入住體驗還是很好的。

贛州市很久以前就想來逛逛，有很深的歷史文化，這次訂的酒店，山水大廈離景點很近，打車幾分鐘就到了，在這裏住給了我特別温馨舒適的感覺，服務的細節時時刻刻為顧客着想，我出去旅遊那麼多，還是第一次碰到這麼温馨的服務，入住前會主動聯繫顧客，為顧客提供到酒店的路線，還會介紹當地的旅遊景點，來到酒店看見了看見了她們提供的零食，客房服務還會幫客人晾曬衣服，收衣服，太多細節，説不完

臨時出差路過，有個半天空餘時間，定了這個酒店，位置很好，周圍吃住玩都比較方便，市區最繁華熱鬧的地方衹有大概10min的距離。
酒店的服務熱情還是有點震驚了我，經常出差，以前一千價位左右的酒店前台服務也差不多。提供了非常貼心的服務，致電到前台時工作人員都非常的有耐心,講解當地好玩的、好吃的。
這次贛州之旅非常愉快，有機會還是會選擇山水大廈的！

趁週末帶小孩回來玩 在app上選了很久的酒店，看評價選了一圈決定住山水大廈，感覺這次的選擇不會讓我失望。首先，酒店地理位置不錯，在老城區中心離南門口和鬱孤台，浮橋等景點都非常近，樓下有個超市。吃喝玩樂都很方便。一進酒店大堂就能聞到酒店的香薰味，龍井茶的香味聞着很舒服，酒店房間是中式簡約風，高端大氣，房間很安靜，床也非常大，2.4的隨便滾，睡的特別舒服。廁所也是乾濕分離，服務:酒店的工作人員非常熱情，從進門到入住每個服務人員都很有禮貌的打招呼，特別是接待我們入住的前台兼貼心小管家小張，入住給我們發了旅遊攻略，耐心為我們解答各種疑問，，還很貼心的贈送了小童用品和早餐，給小姐姐點贊。看評論説他家的早餐很好吃，確實是很不錯，用餐環境不錯，明亮寬敞。種類也很豐富，冷盤甜點粉面熱炒水果西點一應俱全，味道也特別好，酒店還有地下停車場，很方便。總體來説酒店很不錯，物超所值，就是電視太老舊了不太好用，希望改進一下！

酒店位於南門口，地理位置非常方便，到宋城景區大概10來分鐘車程，到文廟魏家大院大概900米，可步行到達！酒店房間環境很舒適，乾淨，設施比較新。酒店前台管家小鄭小姐姐的服務很熱情，對於遊客，一辦理入住就會給你各方面的遊玩建議和美食推薦。酒店也有自家的餐廳“山水食府”，餐廳工作人員太熱情而且很實在，菜口味很好份量特別特別足，因為點多了還提前讓我們把菜退了👍👍下次有機會來，還是會繼續預訂～
