霸王條款，在線付款的。確實有提示。住這麼多旅店，酒店。萬萬沒想到還有這種操作！衹能怪自己瞎了！也給大家買個教訓。不服的就是我本地的同款酒店，是可以退的嘛。（當天退扣百分之二十，提前一天可以全款）確實有事不能到達的，人家酒店是不會支持退款的。注意安全住店的朋友們。在線付款兩天。一天沒住。一天也沒退！差評是我對這個條款的不滿。其他的我沒住過也不懂！

我説實話 這是我住過最差的一次酒店 就圖離景區近了 剛入住沒有多久就停電了 也沒人通知發生了啥 房間的那個下水道的味道巨大 剛進門廁所一股味道 還有 大家千萬別喝這個酒店的礦泉水 不是免費提供的 退按金的時候 突然告訴我水是收費的 我要不是趕車 我很想理論一下 另外 我們想提前退房 然後把行李放到前台大概三四個小時 各種不願意 言語中各種撇清責任 説前台就我一個人 丟了我可不管 你前台的監控是擺設？我衹想説 小姐姐 你還需要好好努力

房間有異味，衞生草草了事。噪音大，住個酒店坐個電梯還要在上樓梯到房間，吹風機用兩下就停了還有限制，生怕一直用，頭髮都吹不了，洗漱用品差，還一股怪味，會員訂的有早餐，我也沒見着，服務更不用説了差的不行，壓根沒培訓過，滿滿的欺騙
消費者，前台態度極其惡劣，不懂的不知道瞎給客户説，造成誤解損失利益，結果一句不知道草草了事，輕視顧客，不尊重人，虛偽的酒店，對酒店極其失望

窮瘋了的酒店，設定霸王條款，訂房不支持取消，大家路過天水不要訂這個酒店。服務態度也是差極了，**的説我們就這樣，200塊我窮不了，你也富不起來，當做扶貧了，你買點好吃的吧，吃不了幾口了。
