我們是從青海湖去祁連山的路上在此酒店入住了一個晚上，感覺是我們來青海的幾天裏最開心的一天，是因為這家酒店的位置便利，酒店富麗堂皇、擺設精緻，佈局最具有民族特色，房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到、服務員彬彬有禮、每一個服務都做得非常到位。再來還住這裏也會介紹朋友來住。

酒店位置很好找，就在剛察地標建築壇城對面，自駕過來遠遠的就能看到，剛察是***來的地方，一定要來打個卡，酒店是原創設計品牌，西寧也有體驗店，環青海湖一共有4站，各有不同，這家酒店的設計也別具特色，一層大廳有遊牧文化場景，拍照很漂亮，客房色調温暖淡雅，連煙灰缸也是石頭文創產品，讓你忍不住拿起來端詳。早餐有青稞主食“糌粑”和奶茶，可以體驗一下藏式特色早餐。餐廳樓有許多攝影作品和一些工藝品，可以參觀瀏覽，酒店整體設計有亮點，主題鮮明，環境優雅，明亮。工作人員都是藏族，能感受到他們質樸略帶害羞的性格，讓我想起了剛走進大眾視野的丁真同學。推薦酒店，也是有故事的酒店。

有特色的一個酒店。旁邊挨着景區，風景美！定的家庭房，有一張單人床床墊有問題，竟然不是平的～～早餐挺好，還在酒店餐廳吃過一次午餐，覺得廚師的廚藝很好。客房服務員很少，不知道為什麼。但總體來説還是可以的

優點：酒店整體設計藏式風情，房型大，設計合理，前台小姐姐贈送隔壁餐廳早餐劵，但是我們太累了，沒去吃，不清楚餐品如何。
建議：地暖太太太太太熱了，對於冬季高反不太友好，很乾，自帶的便攜加濕器由於房間大，温度高完全不管用，開窗睡又有冷風不舒服，希望有温度調節，加配加濕器，這樣就完美啦！

酒店整體佈局裝修很有特色，地理位置優越，周邊配套也很完善，度假休閑一流，看得出花了不少心思，服務員都是當地年輕人，樸實善良，飲食方面如果入鄉隨俗的話，也能接受。

可以説是這裏最高檔的酒店，因為淡季，所以免費升級了套房，超大空間的客廳，精緻的擺設，大堂空間超大，出門遇到下雪❄️

酒店設施很不錯，去的時候已經是淡季了，人很少，酒店主動給升級了景觀房並送了早餐，另外由於天氣寒冷，剛察已經開始集中供暖，房間裏很熱非常舒服，此外酒店餐廳的菜量真的很大吃也吃不完。
另外酒店距離仙女灣景點非常近，距離縣人民醫院也不遠，晚上高反過去吸氧也很方便
