一進酒店大廳就覺得很有特色，接待人員很熱情，我們有老有小，師傅很熱心幫我們搬行李上二樓，房間空間夠大，床品很舒適，衞生條件也挺好。我們還在飯店用餐，菜量很大，口味也不錯。停車在酒店對面就有個很大的停車場，免費🆓。晚上還有人，跳鍋莊舞，推薦大家在剛察首選。

很晚才到達酒店，剛察縣都已經進入了睡眠狀態，但是好在酒店還有自己的廚房，飯菜不錯，整體環境很美！衹是洗澡水壓太小，如果改善就非常完美了！剛察縣是走過這麼多城市最美的城鎮了，非常值得白天的時候走走逛逛拍拍照！

酒店的外觀、所處的環境、房間的設施不錯，現在樓邊和路邊免費的停車場。但是價格貴了點。早餐很差，沒啥吃的。

這次旅程最差的一晚，價格400多也不低了。定的48平的豪華大床，去了給了一個20多的，箱子都打不開。後來去理論又説我定的標間，大床沒有了！！給看了訂單然後立馬給了一個大的房間（之前一直説沒有）。衞生也比較差，最差的是服務，沒有電梯我們拿兩個大箱子也沒人幫忙，全程感覺沒有任何服務。

酒店好像在艱難的維持經營。1、服務：沒有保安，沒有大堂經理，衹有幾個年輕人在一張桌子旁邊閑聊。問一句，答一句。2、基礎設施：沒有電梯，樓梯也沒有指示牌，在某個拐角的門後面，門要拉開來才看到樓梯。如上，沒有人告知有沒有電梯，也沒有人告知樓梯在哪裡。3、維護情況：牆紙、牆皮已經變形。
一縣之隔，隔壁祁連縣的類似價位酒店，就都回到正常的有服務、有設施、有維護的情況。

總體不錯，服務熱情，位置緊鄰景區，對面就是生態地標，晚上有可愛的音樂噴泉，適合餐後散步哈，周邊環境優美。早餐一般，品種較少，但是有好吃的油餅哈。
