Beautiful property with exemplary service

Beautiful boutique hotel and an ideal place to begin or end a Sri Lanka trip. The property is stylish, intimate, and very well maintained, with attentive service from a genuinely welcoming team. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, while the beachfront setting provides a relaxed atmosphere despite being close to the airport. Food quality exceeded expectations, and the hotel struck a good balance between luxury and authenticity. A great choice for travellers looking for a calm and comfortable stay near Colombo airport.

Very pleasant location, quiet and relaxing. Mr. Chanduka was a very nice Butler and provided good services. The pool is clean and we would overall come back for a night or two.

Excellent stop in the wider Colombo metropolitan area. Small boutique hotel where food is served right outside the room. We had a great time during two brief stays.

Beautiful property on the outskirts of Negombo in a very peaceful calm location. Perfect for resting after a long flight of from some quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the beach properties. There are only 5 rooms. We had room 2 which is a beautiful heritage room in the original house. Breakfast is delicious. Lovely varied menu. Dinner is also good but note that the prices here are in USD and pricier than in town. Few things I didn’t like so much 1. There is no driver or tuk tuks nearby so we had to reply on the unreliable uber app to get into town. It’s about 20 mins and between 600-1000 in a tuk tuk. 2. The water in the bathroom is scalding hot. I burned myself a little the first night so it would be good if the hotel could add a warning sign somewhere. 3. There are no suggested tours or guides from the property. It would be good if the hotel could perhaps have a few suggestions on hand to avoid trawling through *******, get your guide etc. other than this I think our stay was pretty perfect.

Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in What a glorious hotel. As soon as I arrived the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They made me feel like a superstar. My room was wonderful and I had dinner and breakfast served on my personal veranda. The bar next to the pool was welcoming and the pool itself was delightful. This hotel is a real oasis of luxury.
