Palazzo Zacà

We stayed at this property for three days and fell in love with it. Beautiful building located in the historic center of Gallipoli and close to all the main places of interest in the place. The owner Roberto is a person of great style, courtesy and professionalism, therefore an excellent guide for a relaxing and functional stay.

One of the nicest accommodations I've ever been to. A 19th-century building with furnishings that catapult you into 18th-century France. Frescoes, vaults, immense spaces. Not to mention the owner, an exquisite person. He will win you over with his goodness and gallantry.

The welcome has always been quite poor, even when I called on the phone to book it almost seemed like I was disturbing and once I arrived at the B&B the feeling was confirmed: it seemed like he was doing us a favor by giving us the room. In addition to this which is the least of the problems, after staying for 17 days (imagine the price) he arrived telling us that we had ruined the sand shower mat, saying that we had to pay for the damage, I then asked to be able to see this mat after washing and casually this ruined carpet I've never seen. Embarrassing room cleaning. Final in beauty: we leave the room on the last day, we say goodbye to the owner and without even saying hello he comes to tell us that we had to pay €14 for the stay. The place is nice, too bad that rudeness ruins any beauty. I emphasize that Mr. Roberto and his girlfriend who work there are two wonderful people, the owners should instead change jobs, the smile and understanding when working among people is everything. I strongly advise the owner to let the person who is more competent manage everything.

Excellent b and b au centre de la vieille ville. Très calme, accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner très agréable. Le seul regret, la fenêtre donne dans une cour intérieure couverte. Eau chaude instable
