Amazing stay. We are regular travellers and by far the best hotel we have stayed in. 2nd floor had all the brand new rooms so that was lovely.
Shame the swimming pool etc wasn’t open but all part of improving the hotel. Only thing I would say is the best are 2 singles out together which is fine but one big duvet would be better then X2 small ones.

It is unclear where the very good reviews come from - fake?
Average room, a bit of mold in the bathroom, old hairdryer, no soap in the dispenser. Door with countless flaws. View from the balcony of the parking lot. Radiator with mysterious technology.
Elevator from 1979. Breakfast also average for 4 stars, mediocre coffee, scrambled eggs from a packet.
The best thing: Friday and Saturday there was a lot of construction work in the building - not announced, no price reduction. Rusty water in the pipes for minutes. No apology, but a long explanation of what we had to do.

This is a very cost-effective hotel in Baden-Baden. The location is excellent, right next to the park and within walking distance to the town center. The rooms are quite large and have terraces. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are old.

Arrived early that day, the room was ready for early check-in. The neighborhood is quiet, even if you open a small window there will be no noise
Maybe because the gym is next to the indoor swimming pool, there is a little lack of ventilation.

The bed in the room was a bit too soft, and I had a backache from sleeping.
The hotel staff are very nice and helpful.
There is lemonade in the hotel lobby, which is very good.
