It's really bad, please don't stay here. There are spiders everywhere, the air conditioning is not good, the sound insulation is poor, the management is like a hotel, and the house is small.

設施：老舊，空調不好使，孩子半夜凍醒了，第二天發燒了，整體像上上世紀九十年代末的招待所。
衞生：一般般，還算可以
環境：電梯需要自己拿東西上一層，再下一層。隔音差，窗外還有開着的窗户，空調機噪音大。
服務：態度非常好，前台服務很到位！
價位非常低，過年沒漲價，位置也挺好，不挑剔的可以選這裏。我是因為第一天住宿的民宿老闆忘了給我續約，上下杭附近稍好點的雙人床房都得 600，第三天我們住温泉酒店，以為將就一宿算了才定兩間房。

房間衞生間小的可憐，熱水也放不出，放出的水不但小還有一股鐵銹味，床單和枕套看着就不乾淨，像是沒換過一樣，此酒店怎麼會在攜程上上網的，總結三個字差一個差還是一個差。

不要來 衞生差的要死 還有蟑螂在房間跑 房間小擠的要死 放完行李箱下腳等地方都有 拖鞋還臟不敢用 沒有一次性的洗髮水沐浴露 洗髮水和沐浴露是混在一起的燒水壺最好不要用空燒了六遍裏面還是有黑黑的東西一直往下掉擦不掉大家避雷
