Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly but they charged us and extra 40元 to have two rooms on the same floor. (We wanted our kids’ room next to ours) At the front desk They told us the rooms would be connected which is why the extra cost but the rooms weren’t connected. They were 4 or 5 doors down from each other. My wife was not happy with them. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. They are equipped to handle foreigners and Wi-Fi is better than we had at other hotels. There was a nice young man who helped us a lot. Shoutout to Lao Zhen! We would definitely stay here again. Just note there is no gym as photographed in the listing. We found it across the street, but it’s nothing like the one in the picture. Enjoy!

I have to give a thumbs up to All Seasons' cleaning and care products. My mom said the shampoo is particularly easy to use, hahahaha... I think it smells good. I stayed in the same room as last time, hehe 😁 I had a good night's sleep and fell asleep at around 10 pm. There was no noise and I slept very well.

The room is clean and tidy. The duplex is very beautiful. The facilities are also very complete. The front desk also gave a free upgrade. The service attitude of the brother is very good. Next time I come to Fuzhou, I will stay at the All Seasons Hotel.

1. The parking lot is not downstairs of the hotel. You need to walk a distance in the square outside. It will be very inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. There is no obvious sign under the parking lot, which is difficult to find. 2. The shower room in the family room is frosted glass. You can see clearly when taking a shower. The light is inductive and can't be turned off at all. It's very embarrassing. 3. The window is like the picture, and the lock of the screen window is broken. What if the child flips out?

You get what you sow, especially in the service industry, which is not easy. We should just muddle through, but this trip to Fuzhou is really disappointing. Parking: There are only four or five parking spaces at the door, which is very tight. When I went to the front desk to inquire, they said that I could just enter the parking space. Is this also called a hotel parking space? In the end, I took a bunch of luggage to the underground location of the Cultural Palace. I couldn't go directly to the hotel front desk and guest room by elevator with my luggage and baby stroller. During my stay, I had to go to the front desk to get a parking ticket every time I drove out. Accommodation: The room was buzzing all night, and turning off the exhaust fan and all power switches in the room didn't work. There was a red fire smoke sensor on the ceiling above the bed that kept flashing. I consulted the front desk and they said that it would stop flashing after turning off all the lights, but I dare to ask how many people who stay in a hotel with children can sleep in darkness all night? The twin beds were put together as a big bed. The security guard came up to move it, and he seemed very reluctant. The two mattresses were put together, and there was a big gap in the middle of the bed below, which was really shocking. Breakfast: It was very cold on the morning of check-out. The child wore a vest and down jacket to eat on the first floor. The door was kept open because there was a threshold and the dining cart could not be pulled up. The space was not big and the child sneezed. After feedback, the aunt in the restaurant said it was very cold outside and asked the child to wear more clothes. It was a mysterious operation. The special rice noodles were introduced and they said they would help us with special seasoning. In the end, they were boiled in plain water with only coriander and green onions on top. The special features were distinctive? Breakfast is basically pre-made, so it is better to order takeout. It's a waste of money. Service: From check-in at 4 pm to check-out at 8 am, the service awareness is very poor. I always feel that I have deep resentment at work. I don't know how to use basic polite language, let alone other high-quality services. Due to the breakfast episode, when checking out, I saw 5 or 6 hotel employees at the front desk discussing together. We entered the front desk and all dispersed. After the supervisor communicated, it seemed that it didn't matter, as if I was looking for trouble? Because the booking phone is not a Huazhu member, the final solution is to give a 200+ member coupon? In the above situation, why do I have to register as a member in this store again? Many times, money cannot solve all problems. Many times, service attitude determines everything. Action is more important than anything else. Don't talk too much and don't always make excuses. We didn't stay there for fun, but it seems that Fuzhou Shangxiahang All Seasons didn't quite understand. We didn't use early check-in and late check-out. We changed hotels decisively. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Shangxiahang and Yantai Mountain. The service staff is enthusiastic and will take the initiative to add toiletries according to the number of people staying in your room. The breakfast tastes good, parking is convenient, and most importantly, the hygiene is in place.
