I arrived to see a concert at the Fuzhou Strait Olympic Sports Center.
The hotel personnel was courteous, the breakfast was excellent, and it was easy to walk to the stadium. There is a restaurant and convenience store nearby.

The aircon is not working. Very warm during the day. Hotel provided fan. Not good.

The reception people are very good but in restaurant during breakfast the quality of breakfast and staff attention need to be improved, the location of the hotel is good and the rooms are good.

房間挺好的，很大也很乾凈，床也很大睡的舒服。不知是不是過年的關係，房間裏送了果盤還有個利是包。真的是一個很有心的酒店。在過年期間價格還很划算。離景區都很近，去煙台山三坊七巷都很方便。我們是自駕，停車也很方便。

梅園酒店 沒有空調？？三十多度的天沒有冷氣？？從來沒想過要在酒店吹風扇吹一晚上睡覺。。。窗簾也拉不緊 早上刺眼。。廁所也沒排氣扇？？？不敢相信這是梅園酒店該有的水平

設施：早上9點聽到滴滴的鬧鐘聲音，然後門外有個男的喊有人嗎？我回應了下有人 然後我起床查看才發現門開着，也不知道是有人刷開了門。就前天晚上出去了一次，就算門沒關緊，但是它的警報在早上才響起來 也説明這個酒店安防的問題
服務：然後我和客房經理反應，她態度很差説不行你就報警 還一直把責任推到我身上説我門沒關好 我説正常門沒關好是有警報響的，可是就晚上出門了一下 其他時候都沒出門了 並且是晚上2點 警報一直沒響 然後到早上才9點多才響 那這個期間設備是不是有問題呢 是不是酒店安全設施沒做到位 那晚上這個期間説明門一直開着 還好沒有人身和財物損失 不然想想都可怕 然後客服經理就一直説是我沒把門關好 也沒有什麼説法
我想説就這樣的酒店 這樣的服務 誰還敢住呢

首先多給服務的兩分！是打給前台美貌心善的前台的 貌似叫小張 （如果不是小張 我可能給酒店評價之間就是負分 滾出）
為了看演唱會就近找的酒店，非常後悔！
早知道應該定附近的希爾頓！
怨氣是從入住當天晚上開始的，隔音很差！
旁邊挨着我的那間房應該有個小孩，一直到夜裡12點都在叫，非常吵，根本睡不着,本來想説要不要打電話前台換房間！
實在是太晚了，不想折騰，就想着忍！
個人很愛睡懶覺，酒店早餐我都是起不來不吃的,早上一大早，6點多7點還是被隔壁小女孩的叫喚聲吵醒！
一陣又一陣！恍恍又惚惚！
睡十分鐘就驚醒這樣的狀態一直持續到9點！
實在忍無可忍！就起來了！想着算了！去吃個早餐，感受下當地特色撈化和肉燕吧！
（出門的時候！見到這個小女孩一家和親戚！應該是來參加婚宴！一大早大敞着門！在走廊裏互相串門！大聲叫對方名字，互相説話！）
出門我還提醒她們，我説不要在走廊大聲叫人，裏面還有別的遊客，裏面都能聽見，對方滿不在乎的説沒事的，我們今天就都走了 ～
我簡直！？？？？？
算了 我想着 忍！反正要走了！
去酒店早餐最最最最最最最最震驚的騷操作來了！
門口有個老大媽在煮撈化肉燕，我説來一份這個吧！
大媽開始煮，夾菜 ，夾肉，結果肉掉在了枱面上！
那個枱麪衞生狀態堪憂！各種湯！醬！水！
大媽很自然從枱面上夾起來肉！！
當著我的麪放回了備菜碗裏！！！！
十臉正經！！！絕了！！！！！
然後又很自然夾到我那一碗裏！我驚呆了！！！
我説阿姨這塊肉丟了吧！桌子很臟！
但是大媽無動於衷！假裝沒有聽見！！
我急了 我就從那個碗裏把那塊掉出來的肉挑出來放一邊了！
大媽這會開始有反應了！她給我開始重新加料了！
一碗撈化！！給我放了一衹花甲！！！一根肉！！！
我説阿姨不至於吧，你給我早放點料！大媽又是開始裝死！！我非常生氣！我説阿姨！不至於吧！
大媽開始有了反應！説我們經理説了一碗不準超過三個花甲！三根肉！！！！希望這裏經理來解釋下！
我説 阿姨 你這個給我的是一個花甲 一個肉！我看着你放的！（其他人的都是超過所謂的三個！夠分量的一碗！）
店大欺客嗎！是什麼酒店經理的親戚嗎！就是故意的！！！！？？？
暫且不説因為演唱會酒店漲價1200一晚的房價！（平時房價380！）怎麼！一碗1200就衹配吃一衹花甲的撈化嗎？？？
然後負責早餐阿姨説幫我反饋酒店經理！
但是！目前沒有收到任何酒店方的任何歉意！
非常生氣的早飯也沒有吃就離開了！
不幸中之大幸！出去找了好吃的的鍋邊！還有肉燕！
真的大家請閉坑！一個如家漢庭快捷標準的酒店在演唱會哄抬物價到1200就已經夠離譜！
酒店混亂的管理更加刷新認知！
演唱會也算是城市對外的一個窗口！
一種不同城市的文化交流和體驗！！！
但是非常差！差！差！差！給福州丟臉！

晚上臨時定的，衝著攜程四鑽的頭銜選了這家，安排的第一個房間，晚上22點，居然沒有熱水，電話了前台，安排維修工過來看，折騰了幾下，有熱水，但温度不能調整，直接要求更換了房間，也沒有小孩的牙刷提供，沒有浴袍。整體體驗一般。
