The transportation is very convenient, the room is clean and the sheets smell like sunshine. I like the big balcony the most. I forgot to take pictures and stay here next time.

The traffic is very convenient, it takes only 5 minutes to get off the subway. Located in a residential area, it is a bit noisy, and the community environment gives people a sense of disorder. The tiles in the corridors of the house were cracked, and it felt like a dilapidated house. It’s the sanitation of the house, it’s hard to say anything. When you enter the door, there is a layer of ash on the shoe cabinet. It feels like no one has cleaned it. The living room is quite crowded. It doesn't work, the room with the balcony is a bit damp. Balcony, hanging a pile of sheets and pillowcases, I suddenly don’t want to sleep when I see these. The main balcony is very messy, the pool is still blocked, and the balcony is full of dust. It feels like no one has cleaned it for a long time. It's hard to say a word! But the landlord is very nice and will answer all questions.

性價比超高～ 房東人很nice，回覆快也很客氣!五星級房東。這個房東真能處，有事馬上解決goodgoodgood🏻 1.位置很不錯，寧化地鐵c口出去走500m差不多，也靠近西洋b口。出門就是上海新苑公交站 2.周圍環境也很好，高樓層安靜不吵。 3.衞生還可以，傢俱、床具、洗浴用品都很全而且沒有任何異感，躺床上就是很舒服。 4.有一點點不足就是客廳廚房通風有點不好，客廳窗户外面是空調外機，有時候會傳來異味和油煙味比較重，要長時間開着空調。 5.設施的話有一些會因舊故障，但是無傷大雅這個價位很值得了的! PS.可以投屏電視機一邊吃冰飯一邊看電影好舒服

挺晚才到，房東等到很晚還秒回我。房間很乾凈很寬敞，而且陽台晾衣服也很方便，房東特別耐心，下次來一定會優先選這家！

挺好的，就是有蚊子咬我幾個包，陽台有點亂，有家的味道，綜合好評！

很棒的房子，在這裏住的很開心，空調也很給力，吹得很舒服，也有帶陽台呢，視野很好，採光很不錯，衣櫃很大，很乾凈
