酒店的地點在東街口地鐵站附近，位置相對較方便。
但是酒店的房間都在同一層，共計97個房間，彎彎繞繞非常複雜，電梯衹有一台，消防通道標識不清存在嚴重安全隱患。
房間衞生存在問題，漱口杯發黴且有蟲子。沐浴露有兩瓶卻沒有洗髮露。
房間空調存在故障，温度即使設定15攝氏度也不能很好地製冷，一晚上房間温度達到接近30攝氏度。
整體來説體驗感很差，影響睡眠

酒店離三坊七巷是很近 酒店床也蠻舒服衞生做的也還可以，但是吐槽點真的很讓無語 那個房間的感應燈真的是離譜你躺在床上翻身都會亮 半夜你睡覺翻身吧它就亮 對於一個睡眠不好的人真的接受不了 那鏡子燈又關不掉 反正睡眠不好的人 請謹慎

服務人員態度非常好，特別是008小姐姐，有什麼問題都耐心回答，有一次性洗臉巾，乾淨衞生，出行也方便，在這住了好幾次了，比較滿意，保潔阿姨也會每天打掃衞生，也有桌球室隨便玩，很喜歡

這是一家非常温馨和舒適的酒店，免費停車場。前台工作人員非常熱情和友善，環境安靜，WiFi速度很快，就在市中心離景區步行就可以到非常方便，真的是物超所值，下次一定還會再來！

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳乾淨很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，還有免費的停車場和洗衣機，離景區三坊七巷達明美食街很近步行就可以到了，還是值得推薦的很不便

酒店衞生乾淨，出行方便，比較滿意，入住的時候有看到保潔打掃衞生，做的非常細心，總體比較滿意的，前台009態度很好，問的問題都耐心解答，公共區域免費玩的，出口就是商場，逛街方便，很喜歡很喜歡，推薦大家入住

房間整潔乾淨，地理位置很好，離三坊七巷很近，附近還有一個夜市，離地鐵口也很近。服務員服務態度不錯，還免費寄存行李。但是我們預訂的是兩間園景房25平，但是一間給我們是靠街的但是大小符合預訂描述，另外一間雖然是園景但是非常小，由於入住的時候着急還車放下行李就走了，晚上回酒店才發現與預訂房型有出入。

這是一間攜程推薦的標稱四星的酒店，一次非常糟糕的住店體驗，幾十個房間在二樓的一個大平層，衹有一個電梯供住店客人使用，在平層的最盡頭靠97號房有一個走火通道，沒有明顯的疏散逃生指示，如若發生火警，後果不堪設想！住店其間白天衹有一個工作人員女性，辦理入住連房間號都沒寫，晚間有一個工作人員，男性。沒有見到如介紹所示的其他工作人員。這樣的酒店不知道攜程憑什麼標準去評定4星的？
