位置非常好，去舊天鵝堡、新天鵝堡都是必經之路，非常方便。對開車人比較友好的是酒店有自己的停車場，停車免費，這是我一路去了這麼多酒店唯一一家停車免費的。酒店應該是個老建築，看上去有韻味，房間設施比較舊，但床很舒適、乾淨。酒店裡還有餐廳，不過我們去的應該是淡季，遊客不多，而且晚上留在天鵝堡過夜的人可能本來就不多，所以晚上這邊不怎麼熱鬧，下班也比較早。早餐在一個可以看到新天鵝堡的玻璃房裡，這個是非常不錯的體驗。

本來訂的路德維希酒店 結果入住前兩天郵件通知我説因為大雪和施工無法入住 所以取消了訂單 並推薦這家酒店 於是就立馬訂了。我們到菲森那天比較晚 到火車站的時候已經8點了 去酒店的公交末班也沒了 打車的時候司機在中途就直接聯繫了酒店提醒酒店準備給我們辦入住 貼心。酒店位置絕佳 出門就是上天鵝堡的馬車站 也是我們去的時候當地唯一一個午餐營業的餐館 所以午餐爆滿 還好中國人習慣吃的比較早 我們吃完以後發現外面排起了長隊。服務很好 還借了我們傘 房間也很乾凈整潔 唯一不喜歡是大床房是兩個小床拼起來的 不過似乎歐洲都這樣？

位置十分方便. 舊天鹅堡及博物館在附近，對面馬車站，旁邊是穿梭巴士，去哪裡都方便，餐廳早餐很好吃，景色好。

位置很好，樓下就是馬車站，上山很方便；入住也很簡單，前台提前就已經準備好了房間和鑰匙，而且給我們的是帶露台的房間，露台很大，坐在露台上喝着咖啡，天鵝堡就在眼前。
如果下次去我想我好會預訂

酒店位置不錯，距離前往新天鵝堡景區乘坐馬車很近就幾步路而已，早餐還可以，WIFI信號房間裏才一格信號，有時候出現很長時間無信號的狀態，房間裏中國移動信號也非常弱，幾乎無信號的狀態。最令人無法接受的是，早餐上班的女服務員態度惡劣，用歧視的眼光和語言對待中國遊客，在酒店購買了去景點的門票在付款時遇到麻煩了，使用了多人多張不同銀行信用卡付款都不成功，服務員十分不耐煩的大喊大叫：我衹要錢，衹要錢。給我現金，我衹要錢。你們酒店的刷卡機不能刷卡，不是我卡有什麼問題（去景點我用同樣的卡購買了大量禮物，別人家的刷卡機都沒問題，就你的不能用，自己是不是應該去檢討和反思呢？）對客人又蹦又跳的成何體統？有失大雅。原先打算在酒店超市裡購買一些禮物的，但是想起早晨剛剛發生的事情就惱火，直接去別的商店購買物品。鄙視中國人，一看見白種人連忙放下正在為我辦理的事情，笑臉迎上去，這樣為人處世少見……憤怒！

位置很好，可以打電話預買上天鵝堡的票，還有折扣。周邊走走都很方便。附近也有几方餐廳。停車就在酒店边上，應該是免費的。
