無意中看到這家，來了之後真是太喜歡這裏了。離景區很近，環境很舒適，床也很舒服，工作人員服務態度也很好。

服務：前台💁🏻♀️美女鶴霏，人美心善，服務專業，由於我個人原因需要調整入住時間，美女半夜不斷的幫我去協調聯繫，前前後後給我回了四五個電話，終於按照我的需要幫我協調完成，非常感謝！
設施：房間是兩層，每層一間卧室，一共兩間，純木結構，彷彿身臨瑞士的感覺，各種細節都做的非常好，還有壁爐和麻將機等等，不過房間有地暖一點不冷。
衞生：整體非常乾淨，床單被罩都非常有質感，睡起來很舒服，浴巾等洗漱用品一應俱全。
環境：房間有個陽台門，打開之後是一個廣場，孩子可以在前邊廣場玩雪，大人在房間裏聊天，都很放鬆，而且距離萬達開車不到二十分鐘，距離縣城十多分鐘，去哪裡都比較方便。這個價格絕對超值，旅遊季堪比周邊六七千的酒店，強烈推薦

1. 酒店在地圖上的定位不準確，而且酒店入口標誌非常不清晰，出租車來回開了2圈都沒有找到。
2. 酒店前台長時間沒有人，前台的門是鎖着的，打電話也打不通，緊急需求建議報警。
3. 入住説明裡寫“贈送4張漂流票”，結果根本沒贈送！！！要求退差價！！！
4. 房間主卧的煙霧報警器，每隔30秒響一聲，整整一夜一直這麼響！前台也無人處理，電話也打不通，最後在沙發上住一晚。
5. 浴室毛巾上面有污漬。
6. 陽台門和大門都沒有紗窗，房間又沒有空調，熱的話不能開窗或開門，衹能靠忍！
7. 接送機也是瞎扯，我9:45的飛機，距離機場大概開車25分鐘，告訴我送不了，但可以給我叫一輛車（正常打表的話30元左右，給叫了一輛出租車要60元，不走的話就要誤機啦）。

實名錶揚袁經理，服務很到位！到一個酒店看其服務好不好是影響出行和旅行的一個重要因素。我們到長白山機場已經晚上酒店了，還安排了司機接我們回酒店！幾乎我所提的任何要求都盡力滿足了！

小木屋很特別，房間沒有空調，好在長白山不熱，客棧環境很好，空氣質量好，離小鎮很近，吃飯很方便，這次下大雨長白山沒去成，有機會再來

到的比較晚又冷，客服人員及時安排辦理入住且給我的房間升級為小木屋並提前預熱了，在我出發前就聯繫我確認到達時間。值班小哥介紹了房間設施，空間很大，基本配備齊全，晚上很安靜，白天后麪院子積雪蠻漂亮，適合多人一起度假，離萬達度假村不太遠，如果自駕也是不錯的選擇，唯一小問題就是網絡不大穩定

環境不錯服務也還行，小木屋也乾淨，就是吃飯不太方便，需要打車去松江鎮上吃，二十來回都一個價，點外賣成本高，住所配備一些設施比如蒸桑拿沒顧上，最後強調一個問題，洗澡間那個熱水開關強烈建議貼標語提示（太燙了，我洗澡時不小心碰到熱水開關那邊給我胳膊燙起個大泡）店主要麼給住户提示，要麼貼標語提示，我不相信我是唯一一個被燙起泡的，關鍵是洗澡很容易碰着開關哪裡發這條點評主要給之後住户參考，咔咔燙手，直接碰到就起了一個大水泡
