很乾凈，房間也很大。性價比太高了！五一300元的價格還送自助早餐。酒店還免費升級。下次如果有去福清玩，還會訂這家酒店！在萬達旁邊，離利街古城也很近。

物超所值的老地方，附設有温泉會館，地點也挺方便的，旁邊就是萬達廣場，買東西吃東西都非常的方便，值得再訪。

第一次入住的時候給了好評 這是第二次入住 體驗感很差 打開門摩擦地板的聲音特別恐怖 空調聲音特別特別吵 服務員過來説調小小就好 晚上還是反覆很吵 鏡子居然是破的 多少有點晦氣 設施舊異味重 早餐品種還行 我貪吃多了涼拌菜 一個上午鬧肚子上了五回廁所 出來辦事整個不好了 真實評論 越來越差了 服務真的也不怎麼樣 很敷衍 以後出差不會再選擇龍順

曾經的好印象在這次入住之後盪然無存，酒店電梯不行，一部經常罷工，一部到了18樓會有次大幅度的震動，會嚇到靈魂出竅那種，我朋友本來就有心臟病，被嚇了一次，面如死灰，下樓衹能選擇走樓梯了。去總枱反映，就一句話：已經通知經理了！
