Why didn't you change the room status information in time and only said it was not available when you arrived at the hotel? The most basic paper and water were not available on the table. My husband called the boss and asked the boss to bring paper towels. The result was speechless. It was a small package about 4 inches in size and there were a lot of mosquitoes. We were bitten by several large mosquitoes in one night. Not to mention, I always hear the sound of dripping water at night...
