The room is not huge but cozy, and the location is excellent, very close to many restaurants in Hakata (less than 10mins walk to Ichiran headshop). The staff is also very helpful. We were late for breakfast and requested if we could have it in the room. The staff kindly brought it to us. There is no private parking space at the hotel, which deducts one star in terms of amenities. However, the staff kindly offered a small token as a goodwill gesture for our parking fee, which was unexpectedly pleasant. Overall, I would rate it 10/10 and highly recommend it.

It was clean and nice, but the hotel was so small that it felt like there weren't many facilities available.

I had a comfortable stay, but it was so hot in July that even with the air conditioner turned up to max, it was still hot. The older staff at the front desk were really kind^^

The hotel is a small building, and there seem to be only two rooms on each floor. The room is not big. The facilities are complete and very new. The front desk brother and sister are very enthusiastic, and it feels like home! It is very close to Tenjin and it is very convenient to walk there.

The location of the hotel is quite good. It is not far from the subway station. There is a busy street outside, but it is located in a corner alley. It is quiet in the bustling city. The design is unique. There seem to be only two rooms on each floor. The room is clean and tidy, and the dry and wet areas are separated. Breakfast is Japanese rice ball set meal, miso soup and juice, etc. You can choose the time to eat when you check in. The hotel price in Fukuoka will increase on weekends. I am very satisfied with this stay and will choose it again next time if I have the chance

The overall size of the hotel is small, but it is a friendly and clean hotel. I saw it a lot when I came here, but I didn't know it was a hotel. I liked the cute and neat appearance, the delicious breakfast, and the 2nd floor lounge where you can stop by for tea every now and then. The amenities provided in the room, such as shampoo, were slightly higher quality than those in ordinary hotels, so I used them well and smelled good. However, for the emotional room interior, the trash can was only provided in a small size in the bathroom and powder room area, which was a little inconvenient, and it was disappointing that the bathroom door didn't seem to function at all in terms of soundproofing. I'm not going to take a star off the rating for this, but I would definitely give it 5 stars and visit again :)

A great hotel. Although there is a language barrier (I don't speak Japanese), all the staff at the front desk are very considerate and attentive. On the first day I arrived at the hotel, I lost the wifi in the taxi, and then used the translation software word for word. When I communicated with the front desk, the lady at the front desk was very considerate and used her mobile phone translation software to communicate with me. Although I didn't say a word, I really felt their attentive service. Then when it rained and we didn't have enough umbrellas, they would thoughtfully hand them over to us. The service was really attentive. It is also a small blessing to be able to stay in such a good hotel during this trip to Fukuoka.

I think it's easy to access from downtown. However, I booked it because it looked nice, but I didn't like the smell of the room or the bathroom and couldn't relax. I felt uncomfortable, probably because the previous guest's smell was still there. Anyway, the hotel and the room itself are compact. After getting off the elevator, the hallway to the room was the narrowest I've ever stayed in, so I was surprised... I guess it can't be helped since it's compact. Only breakfast was free, and it was rice balls, which was nice for people who like rice.

The store is located close to Fukuoka Tenjin-Minami Subway Station, making it an ideal location. The staff are very enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful. The rice balls for breakfast are also delicious. There are many delicious food around, shopping malls and underground streets are easy to visit. Although the hotel is small, it has all the essentials

First of all, the location is really good, close to Tenjin Minami Subway Station, a 5-minute walk, and not far from the Tenjin Underground Shopping Mall, a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient for eating, drinking, shopping, and shopping. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in during this trip to Japan, but it was quite clean and the hotel service was pretty good. The breakfast at the hotel is two big triangular rice balls, which is super filling.
