We stayed 2 nights at this hotel to go to the Fuji Shibasakara Festival and a half day tour with the Goriki Gan Tour bus(only available on weekend). Excellent location, short walk from Fujinomiya train station. Though the room is small, however the set- up was well designed to accomodate all the basic necessities in the room. The only set back is the small shower area, low ceiling and small window, but the air conditioner is individual controlled, so it is not too stuffy. Walking distance to a BBQ eatries 焼肉ふじ山 富士宮店 and Aeon Mall. Breakfast is decent and there are free drink and ice cream in the evening.. As the weather were sunny , we are lucky to see Mt Fuji for two consecutive days.

Hotel location is the best, just a few step away from JR, walkable to AEON. There are full of restaurants close to the hotel, worry free of the restaurant at night. Staffs are attending and eager to support our request. Breakfast is nice, really better than my expectation.

The Hotel was literally at the train station Fujinomiya! Very convenient!! Unfortunately it was rainy and cloudy so we did not see Mount Fuji :(( so we went to the Museum instead, only 10min by foot from the Hotel👌🏻(only thing to be careful of: there is rooms for smokers and non-smokers, I accidentally booked the smokers room and had a really hard time because of the smell😓

The location is very close to station. There is one welcome drink (non-alcohol and alcohol), room is big. The amenities are good. However the WIFI is terrible. I read review about Wifi before but I don’t think it is terrible like this.

Consistency is key for me. Clean functional very convenient location next to station, minutes from Aeon Shopping mall, and 7-11 round the corner. Staff are professional and polite. Free welcome drinks between 6-8pm.

Upon arrival it was 1pm and hotel offered to store our baggage so that we can head out to have lunch, the check in time was 3pm onwards and that day there was a scheduled power outage.
Front desk was very friendly and explained clearly where we can enjoy the daily welcome drink.
Breakfast was included and the dining area was simple and food stations well maintained.
It is just opposite the train station so it is very convenient for us to come and go to airport.
But the best is there is a bus station outside the hotel, we bought tickets to Shiraito Falls and it was valid for two days with unlimited bus rides!
We can only see Mount Fuji from the side of the window, but because the bed is parked beside the wall, when I wake up in the morning, I can see a little bit of the majestic Mount Fuji and that was a very good feeling to wake up to.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The accommodation is conveniently located near Fujinomiya Station, making it very easy to travel around and visit nearby attractions. The room was clean and well maintained.
The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, and they could communicate well in English, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, close to the train station and bus station, easy to travel, delicious food, various welcome drinks, clean room, accessible by elevator. The room does not have a view of Fuji, but can see Fuji all around the city.

This is the first time in over two decades of using Trip.com that I've given a hotel a bad review. This hotel completely subverted my perception of Japanese service. I booked two nights in early November, during the off-season, for nearly 500 RMB per night – terrible value for money. To be fair, let me start with the positives: the breakfast was plentiful, they had a happy hour in the afternoon, and the front desk staff all spoke standard and fluent English. Now for the negatives: the Wi-Fi signal in the room was absolutely terrible, I had to use my mobile data for both nights; there was no duvet cover, just a sheet, and the comforter itself was stained. I was really worried about the sheet shifting and my skin touching the dirty comforter while sleeping.
Let me detail my terrible experience at the hotel: On the morning of the second day of my stay, around 7 AM, I was woken up from my sleep by loud banging and talking. I initially thought it was early risers next door and wondered why the soundproofing was so bad. The banging continued, and I realized it was my door. I got up and found that my door lock had been opened. Since I had put the security latch on before going to bed, the door hadn't fully opened. I shouted twice, but the people outside ignored me and kept trying to force the door open. I leaned my body against the door from the inside to close it and lock it. Through the peephole, I saw two people. They were speaking Japanese, which I don't understand. One of them was wearing a hotel uniform. The other made a phone call, and then they left. I was too scared to go back to sleep and waited until 8 AM to report the situation to the front desk. The front desk staff smiled and said it was probably a guest who had entered the wrong room. I told them the door had been opened, and it was by a male hotel employee. Thankfully, the security latch prevented them from coming in. The front desk clearly didn't believe me and said they would ask their night shift colleagues. It wasn't until past 6 PM that the front desk called me back. They said a guest had worked overtime until the morning and their key was with a colleague, so they asked the duty staff to open the door, but they mistook the room number. I asked, "Shouldn't your employees verify which room a guest is staying in before opening the door for them?" The front desk replied that since it was a regular guest, they didn't verify. At this point, if the hotel had proactively offered me a room upgrade, I wouldn't have pursued the matter further. But the front desk just kept apologizing. I told her, "You can't just apologize and consider the problem solved." She said it absolutely should not have happened, and if I needed the people involved to apologize in person, she would arrange it. I said, "It shouldn't have happened, but it did. I don't need an apology. I need the hotel to compensate me for the fright caused to a single female guest lying in bed before dawn, with two men trying to open her door. I hope to get a refund for one night's stay." I didn't think this was an unreasonable request. The front desk said the hotel couldn't directly give money to guests but could offer a convenience store gift card. I asked how much, and she said she needed to consult her manager. I thought even if it was just 100 or 200, it would at least show some sincerity. The worst-case scenario would be the manager refusing compensation. However, the hotel's **actions went beyond my imagination.** After a while, the front desk called again and said the manager stated that according to Japanese law, unless the hotel voluntarily offers compensation, it's illegal for a guest to demand it. If I wanted compensation, the hotel could refund half of my room fee, but I would have to leave the hotel immediately. If I continued to stay, there would be no compensation. I was stunned and had to ask several times to understand. I had already paid for two nights. Refunding half means one night's fee, and then kicking me out, which effectively means I still paid for one night and stayed for one night. Not only is there no actual compensation, but it was already past 7 PM. Where were they expecting me to stay if they made me leave immediately tonight? I was so angry I almost laughed. If I don't ask, you don't offer; if I ask, you say it's illegal for me to demand compensation. You take money for two nights, refund one, and then expect me to sleep on the streets on the second night?!** The hotel is clearly taking advantage of me being a single female tourist, unfamiliar with the place, not speaking Japanese, and having other plans the next day. I don't have the time or the courage to fight them head-on. Anyway, everyone should avoid this chain of hotels in the future. I suspect they might be discriminating against Chinese people; if it were Westerners, they probably would have groveled, just like Takashimaya grovels to its American daddy.

Right outside Fujinomiya Station, just across the pedestrian bridge, is the hotel. The breakfast is excellent and there's a hot spring bath on the first floor, including an open-air one. It's about a twenty-minute walk to the Mt. Fuji climbing entrance and ****.

Well-equipped rooms and great location, but ruined by smoke odor and poor parking management.
Pros:
• Well-Equipped Rooms: The rooms themselves are nice and come with a full range of amenities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.
• Prime Location & Breakfast: Excellent location right by the station and malls. The breakfast was also delicious.
Cons:
• Heavy Smoke Odor: Despite the good room facilities, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming in both rooms. We couldn't change rooms, resulting in a headache and a sore throat the next morning.
• Parking Issues: Very poor management. Even after paying the initial 600¥, there was no spot reserved when we returned, forcing us to pay an extra 1,200¥ elsewhere.
