很好不錯的

位置在路邊，有點吵，房間温暖

房間不錯，該有的設備都有。值得點贊處是早餐豐富，牛奶麪包水果咖啡一應俱全。

Had to switch rooms 3 times because of dirty room, dirty towels, someone sleeping in a room I was assigned. But the staff was nice

Our room had 5 cockroaches in it. It was the only wheelchair accessible room you had to at 10 pm on a friday night after driving tor 5 hours to fresno from the bay area because of traffic. I had to go look for another accessible room because I am paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. It is extremely difficult to find accessible rooms last minute. I didn't get to my room at the new hotel till midnight. That is unacceptable and disgusting.

Had multiple random men knocking on the door. The first day a staff member attempted to enter my room with no knock or announcement. Then at 8 at night on the second night so I left. I did not feel safe or comfortable.

Extremely noisy property. Street noise, and we could hear everything next door and people walking around in room above all night Breakfast was poor & the hotel uses styrofoam plates/ bowls.

Not what we expected for the price of $250. Rooms and bathroom were much smaller than it appears on the photos. On a very busy street. Used ear plugs to block out the noise level. It was very clean.

Had a horrible stay. I got there early and my room smelled horrible. I requested to change rooms since I was there early and there were plenty of empty rooms throughout the hotel. They literally said I could either stay in my smelly room, transfer to a room without hot water, or just cancel and leave. This was a busy weekend and no other place to go. Did I mention most of the rooms were empty since I got there early to check in. So I ended up staying in the smelly room and in the morning that room didn't have hot water either. Apparently, they aren't allowed to switch to another room because the computer assigned it to other people even though I got there early to get a good room. This was literally one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had and I've stayed at pretty bad places.

Room was next to the road, vechicle sound was so loud couldn’t sleep all night. Breakfast choices were very poor and basics only. Overall it was not worthy for the value of money spent.

Our towels were wet. Property is surrounded by car dealerships. Staff were nice and helpful.

A homeless person was sleeping in front Of my door, peed in front of my door and was screaming the entire night. The breakfast was not intercontinental as there was nothing for me to eat. Lastly, the heater system was loud when turned on due to cold. It made noise like a train sound.

Well, you need to get somebody else to cook for you because the food was bland. I needed more season, but everything else was fine. I enjoyed myself it was quiet and well-deserved rest so thank you very much for being kind.
