This place was above my expectations. With it being so affordable I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was blown away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was everything needed. Everything was very clean. Absolutely loved the Gravel Bar being right there as well.

Good experience but they may want to wash their sheets with a different detergent, they were a little rough. But all in all not bad.

The only thing I could whine about would be that it's in a more industrial area - but at least there's not much traffic!

This place far exceeded my expectations! It was exceptionally clean and tastefully designed. My service was stellar and I would highly recommend Freeport Studios to anyone! I travel frequently and can say in all honesty; this place and their customer service have established my new standards for Excellence and I will use them as a comparison point from this day forward. Truly Remarkable!!!

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. The only downside was when I got there the room smelled musty. But once I said something, they loaded me up with air freshener and that took care of the problem. I’m already planning a trip in December and will stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly service, exceptionally clean, excellent short travel time to the beach! Our one and only complaint was that the double beds are small. We are highly likely to stay again.

The water ran rusty color for 3 days and then 1 day we had NO water. This is tough when you are at the beach and need to take showers to get the sand off and even brush your teeth. Not Happy :(

Place was great, clean and just all around a problem free stay. any time I take small fishing trip or beach trips i will stay here. its a easy 15-20 min drive to surf side area
