I enjoyed my stay. It was good while I am on a business trip. The rooms are clean and nice. Everything was tasteful and check in and out process is easy

The Staybridge Suites Nashville-Franklin is one of the newest hotels in the heart of Franklin 15 miles south of downtown Nashville. Our 100% all-suite hotel with full kitchens just off I-65 allowing you the ease of travel coming from downtown Nashville and Nashville International airport. Staybridge Suites Nashville Franklin is situated on one of the newest hottest corners in Franklin at the new McEwen Northside development one block from Whole Foods. Fine dining is available at Perry's steak house and North Italia restaurants, as well as your favorite burger or milk shake at Shake Shack. Just Love Coffee, TIff's Treats, Jeni's Ice Cream, and Vintage Vine two story wine bar, along with friendly outdoor space are all within walking distance of the Hotel. We stayed here for a single overnight, and it was fine for that, but I wouldn't stay for a prolonged trip - would have been a bit cramped for that. Room configurations leave something to be desired - despite having space for a regular door, bathroom door was instead a sliding barn door, which leaves gaps and means privacy is not really possible. They also have the aesthetic choice to offer an opaque glass wall opposite the shower that is viewable from the bed area - I wish hotels would stop doing this. I was sharing this room with a friend, and neither of us have a desire to see the other nude, no matter how blurry that image may be. Functionality gives way to trendiness and its to the hotel brand's detriment. Aside from these issues, bed was very large and comfortable, water pressure was good, and the hotel was nicely situated near a grocery store and shopping area. Very clean as well. As we stayed so short a time, we didn't really see much of the staff, but service was very nice and efficient during check-in. Not a bad place to stay, but just know what to expect.

If you are staying here for the free breakfast, do not. It was non-existent for us the first morning at 8:30 so we never tried again. They were not keeping an eye on things. When I tried to ask where the refills were the employee could not speak English and had to get help. I don’t care that she couldn’t speak English but help her understand she needs to stay AHEAD of the crowd with refills. Jonathan’s next door is excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely loved this hotel. So much to do and the kids loved the pool. Grilling are was really nice to. Staff was top notch. Cleaning ladies couldn’t understand me but them seem nice

I had a great trip and it was good and everyone was nice and I had a good time
