Nice hotel The front desk is fast and professional. Good English There is a swimming pool in Iguazu in February, suitable for evening swimming Breakfast is ok. There are many Japanese and Chinese tour groups The Iguazu Falls are too beautiful. It is recommended to stay in a scenic hotel if time is tight

I'm a doctor and spent a weekend at the Resort with my family. During usual times, my evaluation would be excellent, however I was strongly disappointed and would not recommend this resort as good for minimum Covid-19 precautions, during breakfast (when people are more vulnerable, as they need to remove their masks). I would like to make it very clear that the employees were doing the best job possible and acting as directed, but I noticed an obvious lack of a management plan for meal time, training for employees and instructions for the guests. Breakfast took place in only one of the two restaurants available, the tables were not spaced properly (or at least not obviously signposted for guests), people sat less than 1m apart (as in a normal period), it would be a pleasant mess, if was pre-Covid era. I would expect international standards, with respect to WHO rules, but I found quality inferior to that of local contingency plan. I have no doubt that the hotel has trained staff to draw up a good plan and honestly I hope that profit does not prevail over people's health and care, specially at this challenging times.

The room is not very clean, the floor is grubbing and the bathroom they only collect waste, they didn't clean every day. The shower is very hot and that's a good point. I was hosted for five days, and in five days during breakfast were the same cakes, I understand there is no waste, but they do at least in less so that I always have a fresh cake for the guests. They serve only bread, banana, mammon and past days' cakes, drinking is juice of box, milk, coffee and powder chocolate. The candy they have not yet dry, and the dishes, and the cups are all wet. The area of the pool is the most clearly lacking care, a lot of dirt, insects, spider fabrics out which I could hardly sleep in the first night because I had a family making bath in the pool until the morning. The location is good, but I don't recommend if you like comfort. If it's just to spend a night OK, otherwise there are other hotels with the same prices that must be cleaner and organized.

My wife and I ran into some issues at the border when we tried to cross. Somehow the Argentine visa is much harder to get than we initially thought. So we were stuck on the Brazil side - after seeing the awesome Iguazu falls. We looked up some quick hotels in the area so we can camp out until the visa came through (which never did btw) and found this gem of a place. Literally a 10 minute walk from a pretty sizable indoor mall. Front desk staff were very accommodating- and helped us navigate our stressful scenario fantastically. Claudia and Jacir went well above the normal expectations And in our view are the gold standard of hotel staff. The whole place was elegant. The food delicious. The wait staff very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Iguazu area. They really made our last few days in Brazil enjoyable -even though it was an unexpected stop - we don’t regret a minute of it.
