location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

Recently changed brands name from Marco Polo to Cordis. The change seems to have meant there’s been some focus on improving staff training and they were very professional, attentive and helpful. Well located close to Xintiande and a short walk to local shopping malls and food halls. Rooms are modern and suites spacious- std rooms are a little larger and more modern than the CPlaza down the road and better value for money. Some renovations underway on some floors and throughout the hotel, but didn’t notice them from the room at all during the stay. Really practical desk layout is well suited for business travelers who have to work from the hotel, although wifi was rubbish, almost non-existent. When it did work it was really slow and painful so I couldn’t work from the room which was disappointing.

Best Hotel in Nanhai District. Perfect location. Rooms are very spacious and breakfast spread is too good. Special mention for Victoria, Guest Relations Manager who really took pains to make our stay memorable

Nice staff and room decoration. Good in rooms service with fridge full of drinks and snacks. The design of the room not great. Internal room without outside windows. The location is quiet and away from city centre. The hotel was full with people getting spa treatments it seems.

Tina in the lobby, she was very nice and patient with professional manner. Bowie and Justin in the club lounge thinks ahead the guest’s needs and serve in a 5-star hotel service standard. The hotel room is amazing and beautiful and makes you feel like went back to older times France. The gym room was full equipped with superb nice view.

A hotel staff name Steven who at concierge department is very helpful and kind. He helped me a lot and pls promote him to a better level.

I would like to offer my compliments to all your hotel staff. Especially one of your Manager Ms Cerelia which we happen to meet her at the lobby, she greeted us and unconditionally sharing with us the restaurant and surrounding information. It was really great experience and memorable! we definitely will be back again soon.

Old renovated hotel but decent. The breakfast that comes with my stay was ok as most foods are local and no western except for bread. Also the breakfast dishes may get over if you go late. The location is about a km from the nearest metro. Staff was friendly and if you are an international traveller, the wifi may be an issue as the wifi require a local phone no to connect to.

1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired. 2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment 3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room 4. Nespresso machine provided, but they only give complimentary two capsules for the entire stay 5. In-room Wifi is choppy
