位置非常好，高層，即使在路邊也不會很吵，裝修嶄新無異味，性價比高。雖然是榻榻米，但其實和地面有一點距離。
因為不是整棟大樓都是公寓，前台設在一樓，所以會感覺和非住客混在一起，但電梯是可以限制上去的，實在介意的慎選。

【交通】地理位置佳 靠近北滘公園地鐵站 距離廣州南站和清暉園都一部地鐵可達 去祖廟換乘一次即可
【環境】不愧是新開業的酒店公寓 設施環境都很新 空間也大 乾濕分離和洗手枱也分離的設計真的考慮很周到了 互不影響 公寓附近商場夜市不少 吃喝玩樂選擇空間廣 且樓層高所以完全不用擔心噪音問題
【服務】工作人員服務態度好 有問題隨時都會幫幫忙解決 唯一需要提醒的是 入住需要付款按金100 電子付款即可不用現金

優點是：房間面積挺大，雖然有點難找，但是在的地理位置好，商業中心，吃啥去哪都挺方便。房間裏有冰箱和洗衣機，很實用。
缺點是：睡覺很痛苦，被子很厚，空調直接對着床吹，開小空調被熱出一身汗，開大了吹的頭痛…洗澡是用電熱水器，所以容易冷得快，半夜放洗漱用品的架子還突然掉下來，被子竟然是給的紙杯。
實話講現在是淡季，這個價格算是周圍略高一點的公寓酒店，應該把設施配置做的更加好一點。前台妹妹態度挺好的，加油吧。

入住方便，房間很大，也比較乾淨，我們的雙床房裡麪還有個麻將桌，衞生方面乾濕分離還不錯，周邊也有很多吃的地方可以選擇，樓下的夜市很熱鬧。
