Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale-Cypress Creek Reviews

Our stay went well. The water was hot and the A/C was cold. I found the room to be a little small. If you are in need of a lot of space, this location may not be for you. Since we were in and out it worked out.

Good place to stay

Not bad, there is hot water. It’s not easy to find hot water in hotel lobbies in the United States. Overall it's okay, relatively clean and the location is relatively convenient. The bed is not that soft either

Credit cards will be charged randomly, so everyone must be careful!

A few friends booked this Hampton Inn Fort Lauderdale_Sepress Creek together. The check-in experience was not bad, everyone was quite satisfied, and the price was beautiful.

The cleanliness of the hotel is really bad. There are hairs on the towels, the sheets are dirty, and the pillow case is full of yellow marks. The room is at the elevator entrance, which is very noisy. I didn't have a good rest all night. It is not recommended to stay

The hotel chosen for fishing is not too far from the sea.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. The staff is very friendly and professional. The coffee and breakfast is nicely done in the morning. The gym is perfectly adequate for a quick work out and I have always had a really comfy bed to sleep in. The location and price is perfect for me.

Eventhough I rented only one room, they placed me in an adjoining room with NO LOCKS and just a latch for security, in a first floor. Eventhough I requested to change, they did not do it until the next day, when I was sent to the 3rd floor to the last room on the hall. Air conditioning filters were extremely dirty and you could fèel damp in the room. Definately not staying again.

The people are nice, but the facility is very understaffed and undersupplied. I spent a week there and the room was not serviced once. I was expected to use two towel for a week. It was also over-priced compared to other hotels. Do not stay more than one night, or bring your own supplies.

Rooms were not clean. Hair on sheets, bathrooms and floors were not cleaned. Changed rooms and it was the same...

This Hampton Inn was conveniently located right off the interstate and close to ocean beaches. The hotel is clean. Nice variety of breakfast items every morning. But the most important attribute, to me, was the friendly and courteous staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room staff and the cleaning staff. Thank you for a very pleasant visit.
