I'm sorry to review negatively, but everything that has been written in the bad and sc**** reviews is totally true: a very dated structure that does not correspond to the photos, drinks are not included in the half board (not even water !!! ), poor connection and if you want Wi-Fi you have to pay! You also have to pay for air conditioning. For breakfast always the same three sweet things, if you don't eat sweet food you have to have breakfast in a bar outside, because the best they bring you is bread from the day before with two slices of ham. At dinner you can choose between two first courses and two second courses. Always the usual cold cooked vegetables as an appetizer. Tablecloths that are not changed. The structure cannot be accessed by car as the road is narrow, there is a small car park 200m from the hotel. As I'm used to traveling, I've never seen anything like this. On the other hand, I got on well with the cleaning lady, our room was always clean and smelling good! But otherwise, I had run out of clothespins to hang the pitiful veils!

The value for money is good. location good. If you are good on foot, you can quickly reach the center of Panza and the bus stop. Tip: walk the footpath through the alleys, then you are faster and more relaxed in the center of Panza. Rooms on the ground floor unfortunately very dark, no chance of being woken up by the sun. You have to close the outer room door, then unfortunately it is completely dark in the room. Only partially suitable for vegetarians. Often there are only 2 meat dishes as half board. So I usually only had something from the side dish, once a salad was prepared for me as a main course. Otherwise the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, it would be even better if the service was even more motivated and committed

I start with the assumption that I should write a papyrus, but I limit myself to making a summary with the salient points. We have chosen the half board formula (breakfast and dinner) in order to be able to be assured with at least two meals. I would have preferred to eat out every day, as we did half the time. Starting from breakfast, from the first day we arrived until the last (we stayed a week) the same things were always served, which for God's sake is also there, or a plate with a croissant and one with a donut always the same throughout the week. Obviously the same for the whole week was the tablecloth where we ate and dined, where the food stains were never cleaned on the contrary, to try to cover them they thought "smartly" of turning the tablecloth over. Dinner nothing special, in the morning they gave you a sheet where with an X you had to put your preference of what you wanted to eat between two first courses and two second courses. But I assure you nothing special, and we are guys who really eat EVERYTHING, luckily. But, to give you an example, you can't bring me a saucer with two courgettes inside as an appetizer and a whole peach as fruit that you have to peel. Among other things, drinks are not included in the dinner and we found out later. And be careful, if you don't finish the bottle of water (whether it's sparkling or still), they put your table number on it and bring it back to you for dinner the next day, even if there's a drop left in the bottle (it happened to a couple near us and complained of course). But let's leave this aside, which could be subjective tastes. The DINNER SERVICE, let's not talk about it. CLEANING, guys, they don't even know what it is. Sheets never changed in a week. Hair always on the floor that WE cleaned. Never smell clean, ever. And we luckily travel a lot and have seen a lot of cleaning. The STRUCTURE does not correspond to what is shown on the site. All old, EVERYTHING. Wi-Fi almost non-existent and cell phones do not take at all. Non-existent services, unfortunately. For the amount we paid we could have gone elsewhere, where we would certainly have found cleanliness and everything else. Ah, I forgot that you pay for air conditioning if you want it and ditto for the fridge in the room. I'm sorry, but among other things, the structure is isolated from everything and you can't even get there by car, in fact you have to carry your suitcases and everything on foot. And the swimming pool is also not located in the structure but in another one below. But I wouldn't even take a bath given the general conditions. When we find ourselves faced with this I get angry, because I pay to come on vacation and then find out something else. And we asked around about this hotel and they all confirmed this to us. I'm sorry but I won't go back. The only positive note is the kindness of Michele, the owner!!!!!

L'hotel è situato in una zona un poco defilata dell'isola ma in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Panza. La baia di Sorgeto si trova a pochi minuti di auto; inoltre si può fruire di un loro servizio navetta da e per la spiaggia di Sant'Angelo Medesima gestione vanta il B&B che la Famiglia gestisce in zona e che è aperto tutto l'anno Alcune stanze dell'hotel sono state rinnovate nel mobilio: aria condizionata e frigobar sono a disposizione con supplemento Una bella piscina con acqua termale si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel Semplicità e accoglienza rappresentano il l biglietto da visita della struttura Il Signor Michele poi è sempre uno straordinario padrone di casa

Abbiamo appena concluso un soggiorno in questo hotel, dove ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è bella, le camere semplici ma carine e la posizione, sebbene un po’ isolata, in realtà è abbastanza comoda anche per muoversi senza mezzi propri (la fermata del bus è a 10 minuti a piedi, forse pure meno). Con la macchina è certamente un po’ scomodo arrivarci, per via delle strade strette. La piscina si trova leggermente fuori dall’albergo, ma ne vale la pena: è graziosa e pulita e da lì si vede un bel panorama, dal mare alla montagna. Si mangia benissimo e in abbondanza, inoltre i proprietari e tutto il personale sono gentilissimi, ti fanno proprio sentire a casa. Insomma, consiglio vivamente questo hotel, anche per l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Sarà la posizione non centralissima, ma i prezzi rispetto ad altre location sono piu’ convenienti. Piscina esterna a circa 300mt. Per recarsi al mare o si prende la macchina o ci si fa accompagnare dal gentilissimo padrone di casa. Cibo casereccio molto buono. Camere discrete. Nota negativa la mancanza di sbarra protettiva nel letto a castello, per cui ho dovuto dormirci io perché avevo paura che mio figlio cadesse. Aria condizionata e frigo da pagare a parte, se si vogliono.

Servizi base inesistenti (frigorifero, condizionatore e Wi-Fi ), salvo pagarli. Con il caldo diventa veramente difficile riposare senza dover pagare per avere l aria condizionata e tenere la finestra aperta senza zanzariere non è il massimo per le zanzare… Non aggiungo altro!!

Trovato questo hotel nella zona di Forio lontano dal caos ischitano, abbiamo trascorso tre giorni di pace all’insegna della tranquillità, hotel molto pulito nella sala pranzo e nella camera , rara gentilezza del personale e del titolare Michele sempre disponibile e premuroso, piscina termale a due passi dall’hotel è un comodo parcheggio riservato ai clienti , cucina sana e genuina e non ripetitiva , lo consiglio per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante priva di stress. Complimenti e arrivederci a presto
