Excellent location. The hotel is just opposite Florence SMN station with 2 mins walk. There are many restaurants nearby and you can easily find your favorite one. This is a small hotel with just a single floor at the second level. You will hear traffic noise day and night, so the hotel provided ear plug in the amenities. Hotel Reception operates up to 8pm everyday. After that, you need to call 5h3 staff if you need help.

Good location near train station, minutes walk to the street of restaurants. Room is spacious and clean, but it can be a little noisy from the road.

The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and heart-warming. The room is of good size, clean and tidy. It is directly opposite the train station. The transportation is convenient and you can walk to various attractions. There are many restaurants and choices around, and there is a supermarket downstairs.

The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She explained the room charges and taxes clearly to us, and also helped us carry our luggage into the room. The location is very good, very close to the train station, just across the road, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
