Be careful booking this hotel! Very unhelpful staff, worst service. Quiet stressful to stay, since there is no one around to help you. When a problem arises, they are uncontactable, even the the cleaning lady didn't know how to contact them. We booked this place because they claimed they had a car park, which they haven't. Furthermore we had to pay a fine because we entered the city zone with our car and the hotel did not pass our license plate to the police although they promised to. Very unreliable and bad experience... Make lots of false promises, be careful.

Breve soggiorno di tre notti con moglie e figli; struttura ristrutturata completamente da poco e ben arredata con gusto. A due passi da piazza Duomo e Palazzo Vecchio si è immersi nel centro storico di Firenze pernottando in strada tranquilla lontano quanto basta dai locali della "movida" fiorentina. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
