Let my mother have access to our room info , which is not legal. This caused us serious harm as to what happened that day and after. They had my young son go with them from the hotel without my permission . I made the staff aware of their error so hopefully they understand how serious that is to give out information to other people who may call or show up .

Love the location The front desk staff Ashley was wonderful and remembered us from a previous visit. The only concern was that the door to the room didn't close like it should. So, I thought the front door was shut went it was not. Also, the bathroom door was hard to close. We did mention it to the front desk upon departure.

So I booked the hotel based on fact that it had an indoor pool, my son is autistic and loves to swim. When we got there pool was closed. Lighting in room was terrible, toilet paper holder was hanging off wall, also there was what looked like bodily fluids on wall next to bed

I always stay her when heading from New York to Florida. My only complaint is that the water pressure, in the sink, is too low and the thermostat is just about impossible to figure out.

We first stayed here on our way from Maryland to Florida. We liked it so much we made arrangements to stay again on the way back home. We loved that it was pet friendly and that a good breakfast was included. The place looked brand new and it was very clean. Everybody was very pleasant. The decor and features in the room were great. The lamps beside the bed included usb ports as well as other places in the room. The bathroom was large and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when possible.

Great and responsive staff. Provided friendly welcome and nice departure greeting. The walls are thin which permits noise to travel into rooms. This is the only downside.

This place is new so it has a clean airy feel, but there were little maintenance things that if they don’t stay on top of it it will quickly go downhill.

Very warm attentive front desk staff. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Pool was not in service, breakfast was free but so so and biggest issue was drapes do not close and a bright street lamp in the lot flooded our room with light throughout the night.
