Used for a 1 day trip to see some snow before season ends. The location was in a great location, near shopping and restaurants.
We stayed in the king suite for three of us and a dog. Room was clean and cozy. The room had a nice modern touch.
The staff was accommodating as we needed a late check out. They obliged with no hesitation.
Over all a nice place to rest our heads.

great room size. however, we were assigned the wrong room type. it’s a little awkward to have 2 queen beds. I booked a king. Front desk employees could really boost rating by engaging.

The pillows were pretty bad but everything else was great. The pillows were extremely flat and felt like you were laying directly on the mattress. Our family of 5 did not sleep well :-(
The pool is heated and indoors. The pool is quite small but serves its purpose.
The hotel is really nice though and I would stay here again but I would bring my own pillows.

Popular and almost full hotel but wasnt noisy - actually really quiet. Breakfast bar was well managed and always fully stocked each morning. The only negative surprise (not advertised) was the $10 per night car parking fee.

Hotel was clean and a good stay, however, the breakfast was sub-par. There was no water offered and the food was inedible. The bagels were rock hard and the sausage was grey and swimming in water. They also charge $10 for parking which I found to be absurd for this location.

Was nice property but the breakfast was not good. Eggs had a lot of water in them, and not a lot of options to choose from.
The curtains in the room had a big hole in them.
Framing around the bathroom door was broken and crooked.

This is my 5th time stay in Flagstaff and each time I have tried different options and can say I need not look for different options for my next trip. Excellent location and hotel.
