This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near I 84 and US 9 but it is hidden behind a construction site. Although it is close to the highway and across from the construction site we were not bothered by noise and had a good nights sleep both nights we were there. Our room was nicely updated, very clean, with a comfortable bed. However the carpeting in the hallway was in serious need of deep cleaning or replacement. When we checked in we asked about the breakfast hours and were told they started at 6am. We knew we would have to leave the hotel earlier than 6 so we asked if there was any way we could get something to eat before that time and were told they would have coffee only. We went out and bought some rolls and butter so we could eat something before we left. When we were ready to leave the next morning the front desk clerk offered us a to go bag with a bagel, peanut butter, jelly an apple and a bottle of water. If we had been told this would be available in the morning we would not have bought rolls and butter. We were able to take advantage of the breakfast the second morning we were there and it was very nice with both hot and cold options. The staff was friendly and greeted us every time they saw us. Other that the misinformation about breakfast they were helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel that's not too expensive a bit outside of New York City. Breakfast is included and it's one of the more affordable. Rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a bit small. A great choice.
