this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! So we stayed at the kilim hotel for 8 night and we really enjoyed our stay. It's family run, the staff are helpful and friendly. It is located exactly halfway between calis and fethiye old town, both about £3 in taxi each way (or you could walk). The breakfast in the morning was nice, coffee, tea, bread, butter,Jams, cheese, egg, cereal, and more. The outside area was really nice to socialise in and wasn't overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a very reasonably priced hotel in the fethiye area.

We have just returned from this absolutely amazing hotel, The rooms are absolutely stunning, generous in size and spotless with everything you could possibly need, including bottles of spirits, wine, stacked mini bar, snack drawer (all of this replenished daily) along with toiletries, hairdryer, straighteners and an iron. The maid keeps the room to a high standard and towels are replaced twice a day. The food and drinks are the best I have ever encountered within an all-inclusive hotel (and I have stayed at many 5* resorts). All meals are a la carte including breakfast and the drinks are all branded. The staff are the friendliest I have ever met, by the end of the holiday they felt like friends. I would like to give a special shout out to Caner in the Asmani restaurant and also the waitress Ceyda who made my proposal one I will never forget. Our restaurant waiter Bayrum who served us lunch and breakfast each day, he was amazing as was Ali and Habib who looked after us most evenings. A huge shout out to Vaysel in the lobby bar for the best cocktails ever and always with a smile and super efficient. All the staff at the lobby bar were also amazing but too many to mention personally. And finally the hotel manager Asli, who helped my fiance organise the most romantic proposal and went over and above to make it perfect for us. She does an amazing job in the hotel and the neighbouring Sensatori hotel - we cannot fault anything. So much so that we have booked again for next June.

Stayed here the end of September- beginning of October for my birthday and it’s the only hotel I’ve ever stopped in that i would return back to! We paid for the “honeymoon suite” with private jacuzzi on the balcony and it was 100% worth it we used it every day or night, very romantic and such a beautiful hotel! Views from the balcony and surroundings were unreal and the hotel was very clean and modern. It was far enough from the main strip to have the luxury feel but not to far where you couldn’t walk. Perfect location for us as we like to walk and eat out etc. My one and only complaint would be on the day of our departure we asked for a room to shower in before our late night flight home and we were given a key for a room behind tape with a sign on the door saying isolation room, we went in anyway and there were instructions for isolation, extra cleaning products etc which was all fine if the room hadn’t been used but there was dirty towels and toiletries used by someone else, I presume for the same reason we were using the room, but with the current situation I would have hoped the room had been prepared before being offered to other guests, we tried telling this to reception but I think there may have been a misunderstanding/ language barrier about it. Nether the less we were brought fresh towels and this is my only complaint for the entire stay! Would definitely return back to this hotel!
