The hotel is pretty new .The service level is very poor . During the breakfast the staff already starts to collect the dishes . The rooms are dirty . Summary , new hotel with low service level will soon become low level of the service won’t improve . If you are traveling with kids - please note - there are no infant beds in this hotels .

很安靜，裝修好，是個很新的酒店，在當地算是比較好的酒店了，可以看到景觀，夜晚的燈光秀很美，早餐也還可以，性價比很高了。

夜班服務態度極差 客房電話打前台電話都沒人接的 後面換手機打過去話都沒説完就掛斷了 房間也是沒有備涼拖的 然後晚上準備睡覺的時候 上面枕頭拿開就看見床頭一坨鼻屎 衞生做的也太差了吧 還定位奉新最好的酒店呢 還不如某些小酒店 人家至少服務態度和衞生是做到位了的 希望貴公司要要要培訓一下員工

無力吐槽，服務、管理完全跟不上酒店的定位。
入住的時候廁所一股騷味，叫了工作人員來清潔，又發現床單是臟的，和工作人員反饋居然開口説換床單要收費的。
拖鞋也是使用過的，工作人員説拖鞋是循環往復使用的，消過毒，酒店沒有新的拖鞋。
處理問題的過程中，操作人員的態度就是很不情願，事還沒做，嘴上念個不停。
之前多次入住，出現過空調不出風的問題，這次以後不會再入住了。

垃圾服務，入住的時候就發現維修員坐在沙發和床上玩手機，客房衞生沒有驗收合格就讓人入住，第二天早上趕早班車沒時間去吃早餐，詢問是否可以打包一點糕點，服務員高高在上的説：本店自助早餐，禁止一切外帶，説酒店服務垃圾都是侮辱垃圾兩個字。

房間超大，親子房很好，自帶一小間小孩房，而且獨立空調、電動窗簾，還有小帳篷，孩子開心得不得了。就是泳池還沒建好，有點失望了。

應該是縣城裡目前最好的酒店了吧，停車方便，空間很大，酒店保安會指揮你必須一個方向停車，不準亂停，這點我喜歡。
房間很乾凈，也很大，硬件設施也不錯，就是外牆玻璃已經很臟了……
含的早餐豐富，值得多吃點。
一切都很好，還會入住的。
