客房很大，一家出行居住也合適不會擁擠，客房包含四張温泉票，一家四口出行一次夠用。標榜五星級但是客房衞生打掃的欠缺，早餐也是特別特別普通，110小朋友收半價就有點離譜，大部分店都是120才開始收的。餐廳可能是節假日人多，工作人員顧不上搞衞生，地板到處都是小紙團等垃圾，菜品質量可以看圖！

我訂的是970元的豪華房，房間一進去的感覺就是冷冰冰的，要六點後才有暖氣提供。上個廁所也是塞的，要叫人到房間沖。自助餐裡面的食物款式不多，那些豬扒和魚，是煎好放在一邊，感覺食物吃上去都是涼涼的。那麼大的酒店裡面溫泉只有幾個池，而且酒店裡面沒有什麼玩的設施，泡個溫泉就回去睡覺了，不好玩。最重要的是酒店人員的服務態度也不怎樣好，多問一句都覺得我煩的那種態度，讓我玩的心情都沒有了！非常差的一次體驗！

蚊子🦟特別多，幾個蚊香蚊液也頂不住，房間床單不知幾年沒換了黑黃黑黃的，一進房間就有個鹹酸味，整夜睡不着感覺又冷又癢，最不能接受的是温泉水衹有32度，要求更換温泉水服務員説是提前給我放好的水還不讓更換，嚴重懷疑水是昨晚的客人留下的，反正誰去誰是冤種

因為要泡温泉所以選擇這個酒店，不是旅遊高峯期所以顯得比較冷清。早餐不好吃，晚餐的四季中餐廳就不錯，服務員也很好。酒店客户非週末還可以打折。
房間中規中矩，床頭屏風有鼻屎跟灰塵，房間設施一般，牆體發黴了，想泡茶叫多幾瓶礦泉水居然要收費，我住那麼多酒店除了有標註價格的飲品，叫多2瓶礦泉水居然要收費，差評，絕對差評

温泉是真的，酒店工作人員比較熱情，停車也很方便。早餐自助餐品種也比較多，味道不錯。推薦園景房，江景房的缺陷是偶爾會聽見貨車聲。
