房間挺大的，也很安靜，就是衞生間百葉窗簾有壞的地方，上廁所會走光，雖然對面沒有建築也沒人看得到，但總感覺怪怪的😂洗澡用的防滑墊有點發黴了，且洗澡水前面幾分鐘都很小，感覺這種檔次的酒店洗澡水不應該是這樣的。

房間寬闊，酒店床睡着很舒服，酒店位置也好推窗就有很美的山景和江景，早飯的菜品中規中矩，前廳的小秦服務很好，能夠感受到酒店專業服務；晚上到達太晚出門步行就有好幾家宵夜，燒烤挺好吃，期待下次再來入住。🌻🎉

每次奉節出差都住這個酒店，起碼5.6次了。住這麼多次，這是唯一一次評論。這次住了之後當天凌晨開始身上起紅點，昨天到現在基本全身都是，每天都在塗葯。
而且不知道是不是網上訂單的原因，無論是哪層樓，每次都是盡頭房。

體驗很差，作為奉節價位在前三的酒店可以説完全配不上這個價位，準五星的外表，連快捷都不如的體驗
1、房間空調不能使用，一晚上都是開着窗睡，蚊子、馬路噪音以及明晃晃的路燈伴隨了一整夜，發現空調壞了是在晚上九點左右，同時電視也不能使用，致電前台，前台讓斷電重啟，未果；再次致電前台，20分鐘左右工人來了，衹是來修電視，表示沒有收到維修空調訊息，然後又10分鐘，僅帶一樓梯，搗鼓半天也沒弄好，這時已經10點多了，實在受不了給師傅説弄不好就不弄了；
2、接上，心裏煩躁，感覺熱，打開房間裏冰櫃喝冷飲，空空如也，冰櫃也是壞了，下樓買水，順帶給前台説空調沒修好，無任何錶示，不求給我換個房間、問一句總好？協調個風扇可好？
3、房間內評價卡提前被勾上全是滿意，如果是上個客人勾選的，説好的一客一換呢？如果是自己勾選的，沒必要做這種自欺欺人的事，不放評價卡每年能節省不少費用
總之，這次體驗很垃圾，三四百多價格的確不算貴，但是放在奉節酒店價格一比數一數二的價格，就掉價了，下次來奉節會再住這裏了

總體而言就是有着五星的外表，客棧的內核。前台的幾個小妹服務還是不錯的，我忘了拿刮鬍刀，小妹親自穿着恨天高跑去18樓給我拿下來，這個必須點贊👍。二樓餐廳的大廚炒一個西紅柿滑蛋飯，估計放錯鹽了，又鹹又難吃……

對一個攜程上標註的是五顆星的酒店，我真的無法説服自己並善良地成全他人不給差評，也不想再回想早上起床發現八十歲老媽媽睡的枕頭下面這個東西時當時震驚氣憤想嘔吐的經歷。酒店方面除了退了該房間的房費，至今也沒有給我們一個合理的解釋和我們遭受的精神上的傷害給予適當的安慰和賠償。該血跡醫院説無法化驗，叫我們找法醫。我衹想説，我此生應該不會再入住這家酒店了，也想給廣大網友一個警示，住店多檢查床上用品，保護好自己身體健康
