Best 🫶 free shuttle to the train station, free fruits when I arrived , free buffet breakfast , and free delicacies given upon check out. These hotel is generous & it’s worth the penny. Location wise everything is walkable and nearby. Front desk was very nice & most of the staff. Restaurant is downstairs as well and open for lunch & dinner. There is also convenient store , spa, and lots more. Cleanliness 👍, spacious 👍 If you wanna have a great stay in Phoenix town. I highly recommend this hotel. 🫶

This hotel is conveniently located nearby the main bus station in a min walk. The building it’s a little fancy old which integrates into the old town. I would not say it’s the best hotel in the town since this is the only hotel I lived during my stay. However, it’s normal-norm hotel that I am comfortable with, with daily amenities and facilities.

Very clean room and prompt service upon calls. The staff were friendly, gave us free upgrades and early check-ins, and organized free transport to the railway station. Nice breakfast and it was a great deal. Special thanks to manager Liu Bing and Long Shengyou for their service.

The hotel service is good, especially the general manager Mr Zhou Qing Wei is very polite, helpful & friendly. All of us like the beautiful scenery of Feng Huang old Town, as well as the good service of this hotel & the general manager. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we come to Feng Huang Old town in future.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a large parking lot in front of the door. Parking is free. When you go out, turn left and walk for 2 minutes to enter the ancient town. The front desk of the hotel helped us upgrade the room type for free. The butler came to deliver welcome fruits. He was very welcoming. If you have any questions, please contact the hotel. Anyone who speaks there, they will serve immediately, which is very rare in such a busy situation! After checking out, we were loading our car in the parking lot, and the waiter even ran out to give us candies in case we had already left!

With this room rate, the facilities and breakfast are a bit simple, but the hotel is in a good location, right next to Qifeng Square. You can take Line 1 directly from the high-speed rail station. The meeting point for the one-day tour is at the tourist center next to it. Turn left and walk for 5 minutes to Hongqiao. The best thing is the hotel's service. When I went to see a show and took the early high-speed rail, the hotel provided a special car to take me there, which solved my worries. When I left, I was given a souvenir. When you come to Fenghuang, I highly recommend staying in this hotel. The service is great!
