It's a small boutiques hotel, but it does have one major advantage. The room balconies overlooking the Riverside on the south bank. It's nice to he able to watch the world from the comfort of your sear.and the view is spectacular at night when both sides of the riverbank is lit up. Just lovely. The hotel is not difficult to fine once u have found the street. Finding the street is difficult. Ask the taxi driver to drop u near the Rainbow bridge Hong Jiao. You cam also call the hotel and they will meet you by the bridge. Though remember one thing , the music from all the bars across the river is very loud. But they only go on till 11.30pm The hotel manager is very friendly and will help you with any question which yiu might have. We stayed for 2 nights. But the hotel didn't tidy up the room on the 2nd night so they only do housekeeping once for each stay and not every might like most hotels It seems they are fully booked up during chinese new year, May Bank holiday golden week and also 1st October golden holidayS

Great location with a beautiful balcony view. Service is good as well. They provided alot of advice on where to go and how to get a shuttle to the train station

The hotel is located in the ancient city of Loei. The room I stayed in was on the first floor and might be a bit noisy. The window next to the river has people taking photos all the time. But the owner is very kind. He came to pick us up at the entrance and help carry our bags.

Almost everything is good. But the electrical system in the room has a problem. Causing us to have to wait in another room first even though it was late. The next day we were told that the electrical system had been repaired but still had a few problems. After that, when I opened the room door, I saw employees fixing the lights. Thank you for your enthusiasm in not ignoring guests' problems. But you should not enter the room without permission because there may be valuables in the room. or is taking a shower, or there may be a woman in the room alone, so it is not convenient to open the room for her

Diaojiaolou is really good. The balcony is amazing. I really don’t want to leave after I came here. I just stay very comfortable. I will come again. Phoenix came here 7 years ago, and I never forget it. This time I feel the same.
